The last 3 times I’ve come here I’ve had issues with the app. Was not able to use my rewards because the app won’t load the page to pay. I’ve gone in and told them about it and I’m always told there’s nothing they can do. Once again, sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes trying to do a mobile order with rewards points. It wouldn’t continue onto the payment screen. I go inside and tell the girl at the counter. She goes to the back and get a male Indian manager. He’s always there. I asked how I can use my rewards to order my food. He said via the app. Told him app, once again not working and I sat in the car for 10 mins waiting for the next screen to pay. He was very rude. I told him, as the owner of the place he should try and remedy the situation since it hasn’t worked the last 3 times I’ve been there. He said he’s not the owner and there’s nothing he can do and for me to take my issue up with corporate since it’s a 3rd party service. Really?? Really?? This man needs customer service training. Get your app fixed or else stop promoting things you can’t honor!

8/2022 5* Restaurant is good. Clean and staff was mostly helpful. Chicken was hot, tasty, fresh, and available right away. I enjoyed the meal for 2 days. Yum, Yum!!

Food’s excellent, the service was a disaster. No one seemed to want to take my order, they were busy but no one acknowledged that I was at the counter. When I asked for service an employee stated the obvious that they were busy. I answered that I see that but acknowledge I’m here. The manager comes over and says stand at a particular register to get service. I o 3 registers none marked closed or order here. At least he took my order. THEN he comes and says it will be 8 to 10 minutes before they have my food ready.

Where do I start. I asked the kid for a side of pickles, he told me pickles weren’t a side and asked if I wanted fries. I told him no I want to pay for a few pickles on the side, and he told me they can’t do that. When they’ve done it for me before. Some of the staff isn’t too bright. But I love chicken. Hopefully the kid gets this customer service thing right some day.

I paid extra for all chicken breast when I got home 30 mins away. 2 were not breast and 2 had almost no meat on them. I will not go back to this Popeye just awful for the extra money I paid. I work near and live 30 mins away so was unable to go back. Tried to call and no one picks up

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! The customer service is terrible. I asked the young man if he would give me 3 thighs for my meal and he said that he would if he had time….but he was serving other customers. Very discriminatory and racist behavior. 🙁 2 giant thumbs down!

Placed a order to pickup says drive thru only but I saw my food on the counter I called no one answered and I walked thru the drive thru to get my food and they were not having it. the app doesn’t give me a option to refund and I’ve tried to talk to the store and was hung up on twice ill try going inside today but they are never consistent with hours

Had a survey coupon I tried to redeemed. Me and another customer got ignored for 10 minutes. 5 employees ignore you and the other employee talks to her boyfriend for 10min and finally ask “have you been help?” Finally told survey coupon only works at the same location. In terms of customer service and acknowledgment 0/10.

Of all the locations I’ve been to, this one is by far my favorite. The fried chicken is always fresh, not like being under the heat lamps for too long. You can actually taste the difference. They’re very kind and will satisfy you by changing any issues that you may have with your order, with a smile and patience. Service was great. Everyone’s food was fresh. Consistency is the key to a successful business. Great value for money and also all of their items are tasty. A must dine in experience. Thank you to the whole team. I would recommend this location
