Restaurant had all tables dirty and had to use our wipes to clean off all the crumbs and grease marks from our table. There were ants on our table and side next to the window. Would definitely not be returning and will be contacting corporate about this issue. Place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day (went around 6 pm). Wasn’t busy at all and couldn’t have cleaned the tables or floors at all.

Stopped to dine in at restaurant and noticed that the restaurant had not been cleaned. Had to kindly ask one of the many employees at the restaurant to please clean the table. Floors and tables had crumbs & used napkins left behind by others. I do not plan to eat there again anytime soon.

If I could I would give them zero stars reason I was waiting in line for a good 25 minutes and they never took my order when it was finally my turn they skipped me and took someone else order without letting me know or asking me once the manager took that person order he you turn around w out taking my order or saying anything to me so I just left because I have only one hour lunch and had spent 30 minutes standing

I really love Popeyes I can eat it every day , and the only reason why I go to this one it’s cause it’s very close to home and work , but everytime I go it’s always the same thing , they forget the red beans and rice and always the gravy to the tenders , then right now I go to drive thru and order tenders and they couldn’t make up their mind if they did have spicy or mild tenders , so I ask how long the wait ? Then he says 10 minutes and then they change it to 20 minutes, to what I know it doesn’t take 20 minutes to make tenders , not only that the dine in lobby and drive thru was dead they had no people at all ! I just don’t understand this Popeyes it’s always the same thing

Came in during lunch to eat, every single table was dirty. Napkins, chicken and trash was all over the entire dining area floor. I understand they are having a rush with the new chicken sandwich just released, however if you step over to fill up your beverage cup, it smells horrible in that area. I looked around the beverage machine to see perhaps if a customer had thrown their food back there, as it smelled rotten or like fecal matter. There was a huge brown/blackened sludge, about 15 to 20 inches wide, really hard to miss if you worked here. I LOVE Popeyes and it really bothers me to write a review like this. This place is in dire need of a manager that pays attention to the customer’s experience.

Repeated myself 5 times. #4 5 piece with fries and a dr pepper. Also want a chicken sandwich. All I got was a chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes and then wanted to argue about what I ordered. Worse popeyes ever. The manager heard everything and did not even try to make it right.

Asked for regular gave me spicy. Chicken was cold & tasted like soap. On top of that employees were very rude. No one answers the phone. Has always been a bad location will never go back.

The customer service by an older lady was extremely great! I had stopped eating Popeyes for a good while because my food always came out terrible at the other locations; except that this location made me regain confidence in buying it again. I was hesitant at first but back to back my food came out perfect. I would avoid the other locations and drive the extra distance to the one by Del Mar and McPherson, which is this one.
