Not impressed at all. We were super excited to try this place and it started off non ideally with the person behind the counter not being friendly. We ordered two tacos and a cheese quesadilla and 2 drinks. The tacos my daughter said were fine. My quesadilla however was over cooked. The guy behind the counter kept telling the girl that she needed to ask me if it was ok, but she didn’t. The guy asked if I wanted any toppings, I opted for pico de gallo. The guy had to open the quesadilla in order to put the pico inside, no biggie. Got our stuff and walked out. I tried one bit of my quesadilla when we got home thinking maybe it would be ok. It was definitely burned. We opened the quesadilla and there was almost no cheese…. For a cheese quesadilla… this is one place I won’t be going back to. The food was disappointing and it’s not super cheap. I ended up getting a quesadilla from Taco Bell that was 100 times better.

This was my first visit in a long time. We thought we would give it a try again. We ordered online, and the process is not as easy as some apps, but it did work. When I picked up the food, I noticed chips were missing. I went back inside and notify the staff of the missing chips, I apologized, and promptly gave the chips. I was initially going to give them three or four stars however when I got home and actually tried the food, I give it a solid 5. The food is wonderful. Fresh, flavorful, tasty, we highly recommend. We have tried the small ball that comes with a lot of food. You’ve also tried the burrito. Both for excellent. The chips are freshly made crispy and tasty with excellent dips

The food was very delicious. We had a bowl,, a burrito, and two tacos, everything was amazing. The chips and salsa were very good. All the ingredients were well thought off and put together. Everything was fresh. We had their mango tea to drink, it too was very good.

My fiancé and I tried this place yesterday and while the atmosphere was okay the food was pretty abysmal. My burrito bread was so oily and greasy it felt like holding skin. The lady making my burrito at one point clearly messed it up, and scooped off the top and acted like it was normal (this was a pickup order) it took them about 30 minutes to make 1 burrito and 1 bowl, the restaurant was dead at the time. Will not be coming back

The food was fantastic as usual. The staff was very short with us and very unwelcoming. This happened on the evening of 7/7/2023, it was a strawberry-blonde young lady with the long face and unfriendly attitude. She made us all feel unwelcome, and made sure we knew she was not there to make a pleasant experience for us.

Can’t go wrong with Poppo’s! Personally this is one of my favorite locations of theirs. The service is always so friendly. I got a big bowl with lettuce and red cabbage on the bottom, brown rice and ancho chicken on top, and then picó, pickled onion, cilantro, feta cheese, and jack cheese on top of that with some lime! So good.
