Perhaps the worst Potbelly I’ve ever been to. I’ve had three, consecutive bad experiences here over the past two months. Once, my grilled chicken sandwich was *ice* cold because I guess they turned off the oven at 5pm. Another time, an employee was incredible rude to me. And finally, more recently, an employee messed up what I asked for on my sandwich. I saw her mistake as she was making it and asked repeatedly for her to put tomatoes on the sandwich. She, however, was too busy having a conversation about with a co-worker to hear me. When she handed my sandwich I told her once more that she missed the tomatoes, and she gave me attitude about putting them on again.

Amazing sandwiches!! So flavorful and delicious. I got the grilled chicken and it definitely did not disappoint. I recommend that you put all the toppings they offer. It’s not a potbelly sandwich without the hot peppers! The service is excellent, the food is affordable – defintiely a must-go!
