I had a WRECK that was in point, always a great choice! Definitely want to give big recognition to the staff working today. I witnessed back to back customers be very inconsiderate to the employees working for absolutely no reason. The staff definitely could have stooped to each of their levels but they made the decision not to. Thank you to the employees working today. Continue to shine in the face of adversity!

This used to be my “go to” stop, but hadn’t been in about a year. Must have caught them at a bad time: employees completely disengaged, surfing their phones and seemingly wishing to be anywhere else (one was even napping at a table). And the place was dirty – not one table looked as if it had been wiped down anytime that day, food/trash on the floors and full garbage cans – I didn’t want to look too hard behind the counter. Sad to see how far it’s slipped.

I usually love this place, however last night when I went in to pick up dinner, my Mac and cheese was terrible. It was brown, burnt and dried up. And when I told staff, they did nothing about it. No refund, didn’t offer a new cup, didn’t even go look at the Mac/soup warmer to see if it was on too high. The response I got was “oh.” Very disappointing.

We found this piece of plastic on the sandwich we bought tonight. It was sharp on edges and I almost swallowed it before took it out. Very careless and worst service. It is very serious issue. I am taking this issue to next level.

I normally go to Woodbury brunch, I love their sandwich but recently my experience coming to the Eagan branch was after spending $36 for three sandwiches I asked my sauce to be a ranch and the lady who i believe to be the manager said no we can give you as a side.
