This has to be the best sushi place outside of downtown Nashville. It’s a quiet little spot that sometimes is busy, but most often you walk in and get a table. The service is INCREDIBLE, and the food is super authentic. While my husband and I go mainly for the sushi, we’ve had the Thai as well, and it is just as incredible. I strongly encourage anyone with a love for sushi in our landlocked state to give this a try. They receive fresh seafood daily and you can tell in the taste. There are many raw options (unlike most smaller town who cater to those who prefer tempura everything), including the nigiri selections. Their drink menu looks tasty as well; however, I’ve not tried anything other than the sake. All in all, you need to try this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Dumplings and summer roll apps were delicious. I’d put that dumpling sauce on everything! Pad Woonsen had great flavor – so far the best place I’ve had it. My wife had sushi and said it was excellent. Definitely recommend!

The Crab Rangoons are SO good. I’d come back here just for that alone. I like the pad Thai too, it’s really good, although I think it could use some more sauce. It was a bit dry where the noodles wouldn’t come apart from each other.

I’m not certain of why some do not like the new ownership! I personally feel like many of the dishes got upgraded big time. Love their Tom Kha and Cashew Nut Stir Fry. With that being said, the Mango Sticky Rice is where it’s at – so good! Plenty of seating.

The pad grapow is my favorite anywhere, such a simple and elegant dish elevated with proper preparation! Their sushi is top notch and compliments their menu perfectly. We love stopping by before a grocery shopping trip and munch on fresh rolls with all the chili sauces!
