$hi++iest employees worked tonight. We ordered curbside pick up and waited for over half an hour… almost 20 mins. over “pickup” time. We only got the food because I went to the door and asked for their attention… They knew we were there. The young lady who delivered food to the car parked to the left of us. He only got his food because he was complaining that he was waiting for a long time…. I got no sour cream nor did my other half…. His was mainly rice and tortilla… my “pickled” onion was literally just a chopped half of an onion….Terrible terrible experience. Also, they didn’t have a dine in option… We had to order online which is fine if they actually did the curbside delivery that we chose!

Yesterday I went there and the lady that helped was super nice. So I decided to go back today. I’m on crutches so I ordered the curbside. The order was not done properly. I asked for cilantro rice got brown. Asked for mango salsa didn’t get it. And the main number (on website and app) did not connect. Says it’s been disconnected. Call the only other number I could see (catering) and they confirmed they can’t contact the store. Just disappointed of the consistency

Ordered food for 6 people at 7:30 and didn’t get it until more than AN HOUR later. They made MAYBE 6 other orders while I was there, most of them before they even finished mine. I don’t know what the performance benchmark is for Qdoba line employees, but I’m willing to wager they can make more than one dish in 10 minutes. Employees seemed like they could care less. I kept getting “5 more minutes” every time I asked why I was waiting. Oh, and when I got home, I opened my burrito and it was 4 inches long. Wish I had read the reviews before coming here.

Not the best Qdoba I’ve been to. The service was lacking, slow and not very welcoming. There were two people ahead of me and we were made to wait due to one employee showing another how to prep and cook the fajita veggies (very understandable) one employee looking dazed and the other at the register. I ordered a steak burrito bowl and the employee serving me had a mouth full of food so she just chewed and pointed at food while I told her what I wanted in my bowl. I got to the register and I told her that I wanted a large drink. I was charged for the drink but the cup wasn’t given to me. Once I provided my form of payment the employee brushed by me to get to the soda fountain, leaving me to grab my own cup. The employee was filling their own cup with soda and I guess she needed to get hers before me. The counters by the tea urn were dirty and sticky with leaked tea and the supplies, utensils, lids, and other items were either out or almost out. The steak in the bowl was very dry and seemed very processed, no flavor. I asked for jalapeños, but was only provided four in my bowl. I usually like Qdoba, but this trip not so much.

The food was good but my time there was less than ideal. The female behind the counter didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and that showed in her customer service. The bathroom was not very clean – urine stained the floors and toilet. The dining room could use a good sweeping and table cleaning. I did have a bright moment with a young lady asking if I needing anything while eating my food. I think I would return for the food but perhaps get my bowl to go.

I ordered two steak and chicken bowls thru door dash only to get two bowls of grease.which never happens in person so I know they doing anything when you order online. One bowl was missing the steak and both bowls missing rice

I ordered a chicken quesadilla from the Qdoba as an online order, The quesadilla barely have any cheese in it and was missing my corn salsa. When I called the restaurant to tell them about my quesadilla, A young lady answer the phone and proceeded to tell me that they had to cut back on the cheese while laughing as if this is a joke and when asked about my corn salsa her reply was we are training a new employee and she forgot. These excuses are unacceptable. I feel totally disrespected that I did not receive the food that I paid for. I feel as if the quality of my food would have been different if I would have order inside and had my food made in front of me. we as customers spend our hard earned money in these restaurants that are supposed to supply good quality food. if the quality of food goes down so should the amount of our money.

Chipotle guy that finally gave in to try….and I wasn’t disappointed…good food, welcoming atmosphere….only issue was server asked if I wanted another scoop of meat, I said yes, he asked about other things for bowl then slid bowl to register and said “extra steak”, and was charged extra…..I thought he was just asking if I wanted a lil more meat…never mentioned to me of extra “scoop” cost .

I know what I’m ordering when I order Qdoba. I’m not expecting gourmet. However, I do at least expect it to be correct. Ordered a mini bowl and a bowl of soup on GrubHub. Bag arrived sealed. Missing the soup and the bowl was missing FIVE ingredients. Happy to have the Impossible meatless option, but I didn’t even get a full patty, the beans were scarce, and like I said, missing five ingredients. Didn’t get any sauces at all. Won’t be ordering here again, whether delivery or in person.
