The food is delicious. The drive-through had a very long line, but surprisingly it moved fast. The drive-through also has a section where mist gets sprayed down onto your vehicles. It’s a cool touch to cool things down. The service is fast and friendly, which is always appreciated.

People need to understand its brand new and so are the people! Give them a break and be kind. Every new establishment takes time to settle and serve at the best they can. I ordered through drive through and although it took some time, the girl was kind who took my order. I also know how busy a place can get with not a lot of staff. Be kind be patient and respectful. Music was a little loud and the canes sauce was really salty this visit. They swapped it out for honey mustard which was good. The chicken, however, was fried perfectly! I am very glad for this new location. I’ve been waiting for a Cane’s in the Memorial City area. I went during lunchtime, and it was busy (like most Canes during lunch time). The restaurant looks modern and it was very clean. There is plenty of seating available. Their ketchup machine was out of service, but we were able to get the individual packages from the register. I ordered a cup for water and to my surprise, there was a .25 cent charge for it. This is new to me, perhaps because of management.

I have visited this place four times now, and with each visit, the service and food have surpassed my expectations. I came across some comments regarding the issue of salt mentioned by others, and I must say, I had a similar experience. However, it’s clear that they are going through a learning curve as they assemble a team of new employees. Despite this, what stands out to me is the genuine effort and enthusiasm displayed by the staff. It’s evident that they are striving to improve, and I can see happy employees who genuinely care about delivering a better experience.

It’s been a few months since I’ve been at Raising Cane’s Chicken. Both Robin and Marianne. Not the Mary Ann from Gilligan’s Island but the one that works there made me and my wife feel right at home and we definitely enjoyed the service. As a PostScript I would like to add that my wife definitely wanted a little lemonade mixed with her iced tea. Robin went out of her way to make sure that she got what she wanted. Kudos to everyone that works there and do the manager you got a good crew there.
