The person in the restaurant is abusing me. I got the message it’s ready for pickup but when I enter into restaurant for the order. he is abusing badly. I have recorded him. He is with long hair. He even abused many delivery drivers who are working very hard. Don’t prefer this restaurant to anyone who has some self respect.

Was able to order for delivery off of their website when the restaurant was closed. The only notification that showed it was closed was a small drop-down menu not clearly visible. Even the website showed that the delivery would be dropped off within the hour after sending our order in

Actually ended up here because next door (don’t even remember what that was) was busy. SO glad we came here! The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff were helpful and informative, and the pictures of the food looked so good. The amount of food is excellent for the value as the prices are pretty fair. Foods like crispy pork with Chinese broccoli (add sunny side egg on top), good selection of noodles (dried beef noodles and drunken noodle was a favorite) vegetable stir fry, and cream cheese wontons were all worth coming back for.

This is the worst establishment I have ever picked an order up from in my entire life. It shows up as rice cafe on the maps, I drove around 4 times before I finally called, the man on the phone told me to put it in my GPS & hung up on me. He also then hung up on me 3 times after that. When I finally found it, he then refused to give me the food. Also refuses to give me his name, and would not allow me to speak the the manager. I stood there for about 10 minutes watched him ignore phone calls and ignore me. Disgusting customer service

This restaurant is currently open for takeout only. Their sushi is rather than average, as well as there is a sashimi. I had the seaweed salad which has generous in size (and sweetness unfortunately).

Rude staff perhaps even owner. Forbid me from using his washroom when I was picking up a food order for a customer. He told me that the last delivery person destroyed their washroom and no longer were delivery drivers allowed to use the restroom. He told me to go next door. I told him that I wish to buy a pop then that makes me a customer, he said no. After an exchange of words I was kicked out of the restaurant and never completed my delivery. Dude I’m doing you a favor by delivering food to your customers, makes no sense why I can’t take a piss. So messed up. I wonder if there is some law/ordinance in regards to this. Don’t worry, I’ll dine here when I have explosive diarrhea. Good luck all, this place is literally a dump!!!
