Recently I’ve decided to try all of the pizza places in my area. I found this one and wasn’t expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness inside, the service, the food. When talking to someone behind the counter, they are always willing to help accommodate requests and needs as long as the chef signs off on it mind you. Try the buffalo chicken fries they are insanely good. Will definitely be making this place our regular food destination.

The older lady that answers the phone has no personality isn’t polite and in a rush to take your order. She just keeps yelling anything else? With the uncooked pizza dough half done burgers that are bleeding inside because Ms. Personality herself is in such a rush to get you off the phone they just cook the food any way THEY want. She doesn’t ask anything that might keep her on the phone a second more than she has to be. When you go inside the store, the you go girl has an attitude at all times. Between mediocre food that’s way overpriced and the staff and their attitudes I gladly spend my money elsewhere. The owner says he still owns it. It’s a disgrace. No care about what they put out. Just keep raking in the money. Go spend your money where you matter as a paying customer. Would not recommend

I’ve been ordering from Renzi’s for many years and the food was always good! But lately it’s been 50/50, either the food is really good or it’s terrible! For what I’m paying I need consistency and Renzi’s can’t give that to me anymore! I ordered pizza, steaks and appetizers yesterday, the pizza was under cooked! It’s very disappointing since there’s no where else to get a good tomato pie!

My husband picked up a slice of pizza yesterday and it was dried out and burnt on bottom, but things happen. Today I wanted to order lunch, I have lived at my same address for over 30 years and always get lunch delivered from Renzi over the years, today they insisted they dont deliver cause I am out of area, I literally am .04 miles away and it was no problem to deliver to me for the past 30 years! Ok, deliver to people who don’t tip as nicely as I do. You lost a loyal customer. Also, I live right next to Aramingo Ave not Frankford Ave as girl insisted, I know where I live, 19137!

During the world’s largest Base Saxophone get together at Ferko’s Stringband Club House; Renzi’s supplied the food and did a phenomenal job. Their Roast beef and Swiss cheese subs were delicious as well as their Italian, and Ham and Cheese subs were full of meat, fresh rolls, had that Philadelphia taste. Hot and sweet peppers more than enough. Very very clean and fresh a real pleasure to work with and easy to deal with. Philip and Michelle are two of the best people you could ever get a chance to work from Renzi’s. Food was on time and nice and cold as well.
