Great place to gather with family or friends. Service is excellent and very friendly staff. The appetizers were really good and with excellent flavor. My friends stated their food was delicious. My tacos de pastor lack some authentic flavor, the meat was over cooked.

Wow, impressive! Visited Laredo for work meeting and stopped at Republica for lunch. Excellent place, very clean, organized and staff are polite and knowledgeable. Appetizers were really good and food was cooked to perfection. I would strongly recommended and I know where to stop next time I visit.

Place what great over all, only minor complaints that I could pick would be one, music was a bit to loud, felt like I had to scream for the person sitting across from me to hear. And 2nd is that boy it was hot. I’m a Laredo local so I’m not stranger to the heat, but for a supposedly higher end restaurant keeping the place cool shouldn’t be an issue

Good menu and service. It’s a little on the pricey side and the menu is no different than everything else offer here in Laredo Texas. I would like to see restaurants with unique offerings and not just more of the same. The quality of the food is good. Overall 3 stars.

Had the 22oz ribeye. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Quality of food is top notch. Salsas are delicious and fresh. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for. We were a table of 9 and service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Started with yummy gorditas with fresh guacamole. Tried the Molcajete fajita which is more than enough meat and cheese to share with a few people. Finished with a delicious deconstructed fried ice cream. Decent service but several things had to be returned or fixed, like a salt-rimmed margarita which was ordered salt-less.
