I guess the customers were bothering the guy watching tv. He was rude. Two other guys walked in, they said they were thinking of getting subs,& the guy said well we have the pizza special, I’m sure he didn’t want to make what they wanted, too busy trying to watch tv. Don’t waste your time,& money going somewhere were they don’t appreciate your business.

So during this week we found these menu’s hanging on our doors and since we can’t have meat today we were going to do a cheese pizza for dinner tonight. Called ahead and asked for their exact location. The person who answered the phone said just put it in your GPS and our address is. And I stated to him I have the address was just trying to get an idea and if they were in this one shopping center that I was familiar with and he then said yes most places are in a shopping center. Didn’t even give me the courtesy to ask what shopping center I was talking about. What a rude and smart a** employee.

It took me awhile to find a pizza I liked in Florida and I thought I had finally found it. I’ve ordered pizza from here often but last weekend I was completely disappointed. The sauce had no taste like it was watered down, the crust was dry and had a weird smell also smelled burnt but wasn’t, and the same for the cheese. I wish I would have just taken it back. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be back after that experience.

We recently found this absolute gem of an Italian restaurant and loved it. In a little shopping mall that you would probably drive past but DON’T! because it’s great. Well priced and great portions, we had garlic knots (amazing) their large half cheese half pepperoni pizza (massive) and. Veggie pizza (really good) 10/10 for everything

I’ve been making pie for 20 years in north jersey for my families pizza joints. Best pie and knots I’ve had in Florida yet. I couldn’t have done a better job myself. Keep it up guys. Yuz got a customer for life when I’m in the area.

Called and placed an order. They never made our order and the employees didn’t feel bad about not making our order and just closing up shop. If you aren’t taking orders after a certain time, make that known when someone calls and not when they show up to pick up their food. That’s unacceptable of giving me a time frame for my food and not making it. The staff didn’t care at all. It is a joke if you are going to take orders then not make the food and not care when the customer shows up for it. If I could give Rico’s a 0 star I would as this is unacceptable. Never will use Rico’s again
