This is the absolute BEST Robertos in Las Vegas! I’ve been to SEVERAL. The staff is so friendly on every shift. The salsas are consistent and better than the rest. Their packaging and care and pride they take in their food is noticable. Also, you can actually tip them on the card!!! I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to THIS location…. Even tho there are 3 locations within 5 minutes of my house. Love this place

Ridiculous. This place wants to charge you extra for onions and cilantro on a taco. The taco comes with Pico (onions, tomatoes, and cilantro) and guacamole. So asking to have less, just onions and cilantro, they decide to try and charge a buck extra per topping. NO. Bad business practices and no common sense. Avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged. No thanks. No other Roberto’s does this. There’s plenty others right down the street… in any direction.

The place was okay, there wasn’t too much happening. The lady who was working the front counter was okay, wasn’t rude or smiling just doing her job. The food was okay nothing special. It is not authentic Mexican food, but better than Taco Bell.

Been to other Robertos, they were decent, but this one was appalling. I take it that it was the owner who was yelling at his staff and was very rude to the customers. I see other reviews mentioning it as well. Along with the businesses reply denying it and putting blame on the reviewer. Food was just okay, price was high. What got me was how condescending the man in charge was. Feel bad for his employees. Definitely will NOT be returning.

It was definitely the right place it was only 3pm cashier had us waiting she was counting or putting change in the till right on the counter and her and the bigger guy was chatting really loud about their work schedule yelling across the room about working thursday and sunday my food was horrible orded a enchilada cheese wasint even melted my order was wrong cashier didint even know how to give a refund bathroom is disgusting door didint even lock horrible establishment im sorry i decided to eat here the whole vibe of the restraunt is off very unmannered and unprofessional staff do better This is the location on desert inn by the vons super market salsa bar was gross like seriously!? Do better and hire new properly trained staff
