Flavors good but it definetly needed more time in the oven my deep dish pizza was very runny couldn’t cut a slice with the spatchula and keep it in place bottom of pizza box was wet. This could’ve been done much better.

If I can leave a 0, I will! I ordered a pizza from this location and my map says they are exactly 12 minutes away. The owner called me and told me they can’t deliver and would have to cancel my order because they have other deliveries and coming from their location with traffic it’s saying they won’t make it to me for 19 min, they’re other deliveries won’t make it in time to deliver their other orders. They are so completely unprofessional. This was the 1st and last time I’ll ever order from them.

Order from this location, Pizza arrived nearly 2 hours later and cold. I called the restaurant to complain about the cold pizza the lady that took the call was very rude and blamed it on there online ordering service Slice. I understand that it could take longer for deliveries then the estimated time however I don’t expect my food to be cold when it arrives. I will never order from them again.

Hands down the best pizza in Jefferson park. Super friendly staff. Not all Rosatis seem to be the same in taste and quality, this location is by far the best one Ive ever ordered from and very happy its conveniently down the street for all my pizza needs. Chesse sticks and mushrooms are a must order with the pizza.

1/2022 5* AWESOME! Pizza was just as ordered. Lots of oregano, etc. Cheese was great. Crust was fantastic. Small place and my first time ordering from here. I will consider them when I am in the area again. Some other Rosati’s don’t keep the original recipes, etc. This place does! A shining example of Rosati’s quality!

Giving 3 stars because of bad circumstance. Pizzas that were ordered for me I wasn’t a fan of. I just like traditional pepperoni. This last time I ordered a pepperoni calzone that came with a bunch of other stuff in it. So I didn’t like it. So I’m giving them one last chance because if I have the RIGHT pizza or calzone next time, I might like it and if so, my rating will change

My first time ordering from this location and I Ordered from here at 2:37pm. Order arrives at 4:00pm. Order small order of boneless wings and medium pizza half cheese half pep. It took an hour and half to deliver that to an address 10 minutes or less away. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because the food wasn’t too cold. It was room temp on arrival. I don’t think there is any excuse as to why this took that long but i hope the owner sees this to rectify it as I would like to try it again being it tasted ok at room temp but I was also super hungry waiting with my 3 little ones. I can imagine if it got here in half the time and nice and hot it would be quite good..

They forgot to make one of our pizzas and made us wait 25 minutes while the other pizza and rest of the order was sitting there. Was told 5 more minutes when we walked in because it’s a bigger pizza. I watched the cook make the pizza. Don’t lie. It’s insulting. Then you blamed being short on staff and asked us to come work when I asked if it was ready after 15 minutes. I’m sorry, what? Who says that? Clearly not short staffed but just forgetful. Didn’t even apologize while we sat there and other people came and picked up their order without a wait. When the pizza was finally done which was undercooked she said “don’t worry it’s fresh” when she handed us our order. Clearly not talking about the rest of our order sitting their for almost a half our.
