Delicious! Got a slice straight out of the oven luckily! The classic pepperoni is so yummy. Stringey, savoury cheese, a thick, fresh crust and great pepperoni slices! The toppings are also generous, no disappointment in the amount of pepperonis on my slice! The woman who served me was very nice. This was my last dinner in Chicago and I wasn’t disappointed at all! The inside is ambient and clean. Wish I had a chance to try the pastas, but I couldn’t leave Chicago without trying some pizza!

For years I had a favorite Chicago style pizza in Chicago, and now they’re replaced with rosatis. I prefer a cornmeal crust and even though they don’t use it, the final product is incredible. The sauce has some bite, the ingredients are fresh, and it’s the perfect amount of cheese. Definitely worth checking out for good pizza in Chicago.

I recently traveled to Chicago and this restaurant was less than a 5 minute walk from our hotel. We ate here multiple times during our 5 day stay and let me tell you it was amazing!!! Not only are they open super late which is awesome for someone like me that eats dinner fairly late, the food was delicious! The worker who took our order was so kind and friendly. While we waited for our food I looked at all of the old photographs that are on the wall of the owners and their family and got to read about them which is so charming. I am definitely coming back to this place if I’m ever in Chicago again! Highly, highly recommend!

First time I’ve ever had Rosati’s, and the only thing I ordered was slices of pizza. And this had to be some of the best pizza I’ve had. First off, the slices are giant. Secondly, the crust is thin, so when they heat it up in the pizza oven, every bit you take has a crunch to it. If the whole pizzas are as good, I’ll definitely eat here again.

I came in at about 12:35 a.m. Saturday August 19th. I came in with the group of 3 but only 2 of us had money. They accidentally gave me two slices of pizza, when I told them that I already gotten my piece I asked if I could keep it anyway since they fumbled. The lady behind the counter who claimed to be the manager through it in the trash right in front of me. I told her I was going to give that to one of my friends that didn’t have any money, then I said if you can pull that piece out of the trash, as long as it’s still in the closed box I will eat it and give my peace to my friend. She said she couldn’t pull it out of the trash which I understand. But there was no reason to throw it away in the first place. Then to add a cherry on top of the cake. My coworker in line behind me asked for a discount because it’s our first time in Chicago. She said “you can get one because you were nice” while looking at me. Completely unprofessional and wasteful. No customer had touched that piece of pizza there was no reason to throw it away. I feel like she threw it away in front of me just because I asked for it for free maybe not knowing that I was going to give it to my broke friend. Still doesn’t make it right. The pizza was very very good but due to the service and how I was talked to I will never be returning and I’m in Chicago for 3 weeks every year for work.

I am torn by this one, service was basically OK, a little chaotic, but not terrible. The two slices I got one of sausage and one of what I assume is pepperoni supreme, though as I am unwilling to register for delivery or pick I can’t say for sure what it was.

If I could give them 0 stars I would….1 star doesn’t do the star justice….anyway, I’m from Detroit and am in town for a birthday celebration. My goal was to not eat anywhere I could in Detroit. We arrived back to our hotel fairly late, and the options for dining were scarce. So I thought them being open until after 2:00am would mean that they’d be staffed and ready for business. I was sadly mistaken. When we arrived, the line was out the door and the dining room was full, but no one was eating. Once we got to the register, about 25 minutes later, I ordered a deep dish pizza. I was told that it would be over an hour for my food, as they had to make all the orders in the dining room that were waiting. Plus the countless people who had nowhere to sit, and were in their cars waiting. Not shocked!!! But anyway, I drove around downtown sightseeing as I knew it would be over an hour before my food was even thought of. After 45 minutes, I came back and, to my surprise, my pizza done. The cashier opened my box to check it for accuracy, and realized it wasn’t deep dish. She gave me the thin crust pizza that was in the box, and asked if I wanted to wait on them to make my deep dish. I agreed to wait, and a half hour later, when I went back in to retrieve my food, to my dismay, it was another thin crust pizza. I was offered it as well, but seeing how the first one wasn’t the best, I didn’t want to experience another one. And when I asked what was the issue, I was told that the cook didn’t speak English, and he couldn’t understand her!!!!!!! And when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there’s no manager working at that time?! Of Course

Would love to tell you that I enjoyed my ‘za, but after waiting over two hours for my Loop hotel delivery, the order was canceled. I had to call 3 times. And this is not the first time this has happened with Rosati’s.
