D Day o’ reckoning
I visited this place two weeks ago and meant to leave a review but the internet service was spotty. So here goes……This place is a hidden gem. I’ve eaten A LOT of steaks all over the country……..from Waffle House….to Michael’s Steakhouse and Ruth’s Chris…..to Delmonico’s. This easily one of the top cuts of meat I’ve eaten and further it was expertly prepared. (If you disagree then I suggest you go to an ear, nose, and throat doc and see why your taste buds are misfiring.) I will DEFINITELY return. Excellent service as well.

This is a cozy little restaurant. The service was great and the atmosphere clean and family friendly. The steak I ordered was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be going here again. You have to love the small town feel and friendly service.

AMAZING!!! From the cheese sticks & fried pickles to the steak & baked potato, it was all delicious. The staff was friendly and Country Gold was playing on the speakers, which was just icing on the cake. We’ll definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Well worth the trip to Berry, Alabama! 12 oz Ribeye was cooked to order and seasoned spot on!! Prices are very reasonable. My husband and I both agreed it was very good and definitely worth going back again sometime.

Invited friends to make a second visit to Saddlehorn! We had a LONG wait for our steaks! When we got our ribeye steaks they were cooked correctly!! Three of the steaks were fine!! One was heavy grissle as was shown by the amount that was chewed and left on the plate!!

My in-laws from Northport told me that I would love this place. After a little bit of a drive we finally reached Berry. It appears that there is nothing in Berry other than an amazing little local restaurant called “Saddlehorn Steakhouse & Grill”. I had the Saddlehorn burger and our group got the fried mushrooms appetizer. The mushrooms are not your typical fried mushrooms. They are not stuffed, nor fried whole.. instead they are sliced mushrooms that are hand breaded and fried. Absolutely delicious whether you are a “mushroom person” or not! The Saddlehorn burger was fantastic as well. The sweet bread is a perfect companion to the perfectly cooked burger and fresh fixins. I got baked beans and the “spicy fries” and I will order them both again.
