Went for a date night with my wife and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We made a reservation but it wasn’t super busy for a Friday night.

It’s a cute spot by the village, inside there are two sessions of seating and there’s a huge garden outside, the space inside is a bit loud, everyone was screaming I can barely hear anything from my 6 people table. Definitely not a place if you want a nice chill night to have conversation.

3 stars for food because I have had, and am sure I can easily find, better pasta elsewhere. It was nowhere near bad but it was nothing special. The chicken was good, but nothing I’m going to be craving anytime soon. As for the ceviche… I knew I shouldn’t expect anything mind-blowing. But… the shrimp was overcooked and the lime juice was just mildly salty water. My drink was weak too but maybe that’s what I get for ordering a drink that’s not on the menu. Like $20 for 2 drops of alcohol. Oh, but the chocolate cake is a must. THAT, I do and will miss.

Great service and great ambience, but the food was all a disappointment except the fried artichokes. Recommended meatballs were very meh, came out cold. Was shocked by the size of the oysters served considering the price. Cocktails were great.

Went here for a birthday party for 13 people. Granted, our party was large, but service was still pretty spotty. Gave us enough water for about 6 guests, had to ask twice for more. Forgot a few drinks. Brought an extra drink and charged us for it (didn’t bother arguing). Again, sort of expected when you have a large group but the real downer here is the food. I got their burger which they charge $29 for – even for NYC this is expensive. They market it as a hanger/brisket blend that’s dry-aged which sounds good on paper, but it came out completely dry. It was shockingly not juicy at all, despite actually being cooked Medium as requested. Either the chef squeezed out all the juices while cooking, or it was cooked from frozen, something wasn’t right.

I can’t say enough great things about Saint. We had a private event there and the staff was amazing to work with leading up to the event. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The day of the event everyone was so accommodating, the staff was extremely friendly and made all our guests feel welcome. The food was outstanding as well as the cocktails. Looking forward to going back for dinner. Everything about Saint was perfect!
