Aboslutely the worst experience I’ve had a restaurant in a while. Like many other reviews we found the staff to be rude and trying to eat Hibachi impossible. Our friend tried to reserve a table ahead of time for us 3 to eat Hibachi but they told him he can only eat at a booth but order Hibachi. When us 2 arrived we were told the 2 of us could get a Hibachi table easily but we went to find our friend. We then requested a Hibachi table and were told sure. As soon as we sat down the manager walked over and talked to the waitress and we were told we would have to order within 10 minutes and that was fine. Not even 1 minute later our waitress comes back and angrily tells us we have to sit at a booth instead and says outloud “shoo shol” and brushing us to the table. We then watched as they sat a couple and a baby and let them take as long as they wanted to order Hibachi. I’m not sure why we had a different experience but it left a sour taste. We sit down and order $50 of just appetizer before deciding after the appetizer we’ll be leaving because of the awful experience. The waitress ignores us and straight refuses to come back to our table for an hour. We finally pay our check and leave. The food we gotten was simply awful. The fried oysters were all batter and bland. The softshell crab was unseasoned and partially fried. The tuna and salmon sushi tasted frozen and beyond rancid. The chicken skewers were tough and stone cold. The boba tea was awful. Overall I would never recommend anyone ever come here.

The Chef’s are awesome, great personality and technical skill. Fried Rice, hibachi steak, veggies and chicken were great! Unfortunately the salad was swimming in Ginger Dressing and it didn’t taste fresh. The Soup was good but it was diluted and seemed like salt was just added to compensate. The noodles at the end didn’t taste very good, they were like spaghetti noodles which didn’t fit the Japanese theme. The best thing by far was the fried rice! The venue was also filled with smoke, this lead to floors being sticky. One of the vents might not be working very well or the a/c is struggling. Otherwise the venue and decoration itself was very nice, and way more than I expected. The amount of options for sides is quite limited.

Both the Steak with yaki soba noodles, as well as the Shrimp Tempura Sampler had a very unpleasant taste. Each item a uniquely different flavor but both bad. I wasn’t able to eat any of it. It all went in the trash, and I will never order from here again. Plus it was expensive, the appetizer and entree at lunch were over $30. That would not have been a problem if it had been delicious but I don’t like purchasing $30 worth of trash and not getting any lunch. For context, the attached photo is after I got finished eating as much as I could tolerate.

My Fiancé and I ordered takeout and I got the steak and shrimp hibachi. It was watered down, no flavor, steak was dry, and the shrimp was rubbery. Miso soup tasted horrible and the fried rice was mediocre. We also got the spicy crunch shrimp roll which was pretty decent. We went here because of the good reviews but we’re disappointed that it turned out like this.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. My waitress was so pleasant and helpful with the sushi menu. I asked for well done steak, specified no pink inside and this is what was brought to my table. I respectfully asked the waitress to replace my order and this time bring well done steak. The manager only wanted to make the steak over while the rest of my food sits and get cold while waiting for the steak to cook. I am not giving this establishment my money ever again. That’s unacceptable.

Pretty good. The food was decently cooked even if the chef want very talkative. Not much more expensive than other similar places of this style. They are fast though. Within minutes of us ordering the chef was out to begin cooking. I felt like the food was a bit overcooked personally but my wife loved her chicken so to each their own, just be prepared for it to be a bit charred.

The salmon, eel, and yellowtail sushi was outstanding. Refreshing flavor with no tang or odd after tastes. The Tako Yaki was warm and gooey, perfect for a cozy fall evening. Definitely one of my top favorite places to go now!
