First off it was 30min after delivery time and the driver was the owner he was very rude and unprofessional wanted a tip and my food was 30 minutes late my food was cold and missing ingredients called and told him he gets mad and to top it off my calzone wasn’t even done I do not recommend this restaurant to NOBODY SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL and didn’t give me a refund

We’re happy Sarpino’s South Loop is back! We ordered from them tonight and I have to say the quality is BETTER than it was before. Had a build-your-own pizza with pepperoni giardiniera and onions, thin crust. Nailed it! Also got a green salad that was fresh and crisp. Great job Sarpino’s! Welcome back to the South Loop!

Terrible service. I placed an order, was charged and never received it. I called to inquire about the order and the female person stated the order was not made. I asked her to cancel and she gave me an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never order from here again

Sarpino’s Pizza went above and beyond the quality I expected, even though this order was placed very very early in the morning. The delivery was fast, and the delivery worker was professional. The pizza is flawless and gorgeous, and they even followed my special instruction to put a smiley face on the box, but they put their own special Sarpino’s twist on it! I highly recommend this restaurant – the new home of the official Garden Patio Pizza!

Horrible service. The person at the counter stayed on a personal call the entire time as I stood there waiting for well over 7 minutes. I never ordered and he never acknowledged me. A delivery guy came in while I was there and after 2 minutes I left. The delivery guy was helped and came out 1 minute after I left. Horrible

Stay away from this place !!! Ordered a pizza and SPECIFICALLY asked 2 (two) times to bake it Well, because had 3 previous experiences with raw food from this place. I EVEN CALLED BACK and asked 1 more time if Quin ( female taking the order) understood and comprehend that pizza needs to be WELL baked because i don’t like raw food. Pizza arrived raw, big time, you can see dough almost leaking underneath toppings. I don’t know how else to tell reception to cook it well, total I have asked 3 times !!! They just don’t give a damn here. I called back and asked Quin why my order is raw. She replied that is not her fault, she put the notes on the receipt. I asked that if she can ask cook why pizza is raw. She said that cook doesn’t not know. I asked if there is manager to file a complaint, Quin said they there is no manager on duty and she is in charge. I stated my Sat evening is ruined because i am hungry I can not eat raw dough. Asked to get a new well baked pizza. I was offered 15% off my Next order. Not to replace this one, not to issue an apology, not to issue a credit at least. A god damn 15% discount off my next order.$20 pizza , making it $3, are you kidding me ??? Clerk was Quin, employee #24 order #822 sec d4 at 8:07pm on 06.03.17. My product was not what I have ordered. My Sat evening was destroyed by my horrible interaction with Quin and being left hungry with my money taken from me. If any of Sarpinos managers, executives looking at this review, you can track my order by info that i have put it and do something about it. Quin working here is bad. Almost all reviews are bad. Food cooked is bad. Customers service is bad. You either do good service or don’t do it at all. I don’t care about $20 lost , I care about my precious time, that was wasted by Sarpinos.

So I was informed that this location does not accept cash orders at the current time (3:45am) I was then told I can give my card information over the phone. Did not trust doing that so I declined. Replaced the order at 4 and called to confirm that the order was received and inquired why was my cash order not acceptable. I was told it was only for the south loop location. I asked why was the option available then online under the south loop location. Was given an excuse that it’s multiple locations but this location cuts off at 10:30pm. This was a first for me and it sounds discriminatory since I have ordered from sarpinos multiple times at this hour. The hours are till 5am and delivery and cash options were available and selected previously as well. I will never order from this company ever again and delete my account as well as tell others of this discriminatory practice. This place should go out of business for practices as such! Thwy also did not include the Jalepeno Ranch like I asked! The screenshots prove of my order!

I ordered through GrubHub. They canceled my first order with no explanation, I reordered thinking maybe it was a mistake. They let a whole hour go by and they canceled again claiming to be too busy. How can a pizza restaurant be too busy to make pizza on a Saturday afternoon? And by the way, the hour that they wasted was the eta for when it should have been delivered. Outrageous… Btw this was my first time trying to eat at this location.
