I ordered two Italian beefs w/double the meat for $20 and received two regular beef’s valued at $12, before leaving I mentioned to the cashier that the bag was so lite that double the meat could not have been added. The Cashier rudely continued to play with her hair braids and insisted my order was correct. I work at Roseland Hospital and only visit here once weekly, but it is sad that in urban communities poor service is provided by our own people with no regards.

Ordered food through grub hub The cook completely burnt my steak sandwich and instead of re cooking it he decides to send it out anyway. Terrible. I wouldn’t even serve this mess to a dog. Shame on the cook for doing this, nobody have money to waste these days. The meat was burnt too not just the bread.

The GREATEST within two months I ordered four different times and the chicken tasted awesome, fantastic and great. When you order your meal the chicken doesn’t taste rubbery. No pre-cook like the stores on east 95th. & east 79th. Keep up the good work. Thank you

The employee was eating cheese fries while taking my order. She got cheese on my change. I told her she shouldn’t do that and she wanted her hands. The cook in the back was cooking raw chicken. I ordered a burger and fry. He did not wash his hands and started preparing my food. I got a refund and walked out. Do not eat at this restaurant

My Italian beef meat was thick,tough, and just seem like it was put on my sandwich fresh out the container. #undone And when I went to return it they told me I was to check my food before leaving. If I would have known to eat my food before leaving I don’t think I would have ordered it.
