Keep coming back, our favorite place for Korean BBQ in Richmond. The banchan are great and once in awhile there will be a new addition — today there was marinated tofu! The beef brisket and pork bbq are always delicious. The bulgogi is sweet and tasty and the galbi is delicious. The tteokbokki is the perfect mix of sweet, spicy and chewy!

I was in town for a lacrosse tournament and this restaurant / Asian market was a short walk from the hotel. I ordered a takeout of LA galbi and kimbap. Picked it up 30 mins later. So much delicious food. Galbi was meaty, tender, very flavorful and grilled beautifully. Kimbap was freshly made. Soup was the perfect eating temperature, with lots of flavorful and just the right amount of spice. All the sides were delicious. Dinner also came with about a quart container of hot cooked rice. It’s a lot of food for one person but I managed to eat it all.

I’m very lucky to have this place so close to my office! It’s n o t cheap but it is very satisfying and your single entree order will feed you at least two meals. Spicy squid and LA galbi with tofu soup are my go-to – and they come with all the little sides !

Worst dining experience. Ordered spicy galbi tang. They gave us the regular non spicy galbi tang and the meat was extremely hard and I can’t even chew it. It’s supposed to fall off the bone. Over cooked noodles of japchae, it’s so slimy and just unappetizing. It definitely been recooked multiple And the owner expect us to pay for the food we can’t even eat. They don’t want to replace it either. We ask if they can replace it or make a new one, but the guy/owner/server refuse to do so. They refuse to comp anything. Really bad customer service. Bad bad food. They charge us for the whole meal that we didn’t even eat.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The meal is expensive, but portions are good. Included in the price is soup, bbq and a selection of appetizers. The food is ok. Even though we had an average experience we will not return. I am a small person and do not eat a lot. I had one serving of the soup and the bbq. Even so I could not finish my food and was charged

Delicious food, great service! I had the bimbimbap and it was absolutely amazing. My friends had the Korean barbecue and they loved it! The dumplings, fried or steamed, and the rocket shrimp were so good as well! Warm sake as the cherry on top, made this place a new favorite! Highly recommend.

AMAZING! I tried the bibimbap, gimbap, and tteokbokki (my favorite, I asked for it special). The food was fresh and delicious. You get a lot of food, too. The restaurant was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly. I also loved shopping in their market. I will come again, it’s my new favorite place. Highly recommend. (My order was to go, and they packed my foods really well in a box..and they gave me all the yummy sides that I would have if I ate in restaurant. So nice of them!) Next time I’ll eat in the restaurant. 🙂
