Ordered with grubhub and they barely put sauce on the burger itself as you can see in the photo. I added a side of shack sauce that wasn’t included. I also got the hot ones fries that is supposed to come with a side of the spicy shack sauce and it sauce was missing. So overall i was missing two sauces and the burger was dry as hell with the sorry amount they did add. For how expensive the food is you think they could at the very least read a receipt but no.

I ordered 2 sandwiches, payed extra for them to add bacon and they both came without bacon. I ordered two bacon cheddar fries and they didn’t come with bacon. Makes no sense. And when I came to pick it up it took a while for them to come up to me, and it was literally not busy at all.

Nothing personal but I’ve had nothing but bad experiences visiting Shake Shack. First time in Washington DC area, after a bad experience the company reached out to me to make it better. Nice gesture I received 15.00 promo code for my next visit. Living in GA I looked up the closest place near me. I had to go through hell to use this promo code. Download the app place order and NOTHING would happen. Why not just send a gift card ?? WHT has to open account, downloaded app ,its a Joke. Anyways I went ahead and ordered on my own since I drove out of the way. It was OK not as bad as DC.

Waited 20 minutes for food when there were only like 7 people waiting. The guy spent a decent amount of time on every order identifying which burger belonged to which order. If you don’t keep asking them prepare for not getting your food.
