Visited this new location midday & it was steady traffic in & out but moving quickly. Ordered a single cheeseburger which is a womping $6.29 & it’s not meaty at all, super thin. Keep in mind everything is à la cart. added cheese fries +$4.99 and a small drink $3.69. Everything came out quickly and taste fresh or made to order. The burger was average.. with cheese melted on top. For $17 per person / meal this will not be somewhere I go often mainly because of the price. The 2 drive through are convenient for when they are busy and the it’s in a prime location, they are doing construction in the shopping center to add additional places nearby.

I went for first time last week via drive thru.. best time seems to be around 3-4p not so crowded in drive thru.. paid $20 for a mean and the chicken sandwich was cold I gave it back at window. Had to ask for one made to order ..no problem the fries cold too gave them back thru window pulled over waited for hot meal.i told the guy in window who was very nice professional and polite and patient .. that I’m paying $20 for a meal it should be hot.. he agreed and made it right for me I pulled over to wait a while but when I got it it was actually good chicken sandwich.. fries basic not impressed frozen fries not fresh..ilk shake was actually the best I’ve tasted in area had a black white shake.. I will not be returning I can get a meal made to order at a diner for $20 served hot.. a no for me..

I love shake shack and have been here a few times since they opened but today was just terrible. I ordered mobile order for pick up but when I get home I see my order is incorrect and other is burned. The same lady working at the front is rude every time by the way for no reason. Customer service is apathetic and not friendly. My veggie burger was missing cheese, and the added lettuce and tomato. The shack sauce they out on was tiny amount and not the usual so the burger was dry. The chargrilled hotdog was burned black and dry inedible. I paid $24 for two entrees and two fries, it was not cheap. So I expect it to be correct and good quality. I guess the shiny new honeymoon phase is over and now they don’t care anymore

I am truly big fan of shake shack. Service was good. All staffs were so kind and hard working. However I expected that the taste would same as NY or tyson ‘s one. I ordered regular one and chicken burger. These were little bit salty and I felt it was not enough to put in the veggie. j!! French fry was so fresh and crispy not oily. I loved it.

I got there 10 minutes after they opened and the line was pretty long but not as bad as the first weekend. Their line pretty much worked like chic-fil-a, I young lady walked up to my window to take my order with great service, she didn’t have a menu but I already knew my order. I waited another bout 10 minutes before getting to the window to receive my order. They were pretty organized and speedy in spite of the long line. The fries were pretty good, nothing special, should have gotten the spicy ones they had a little more flavor. The burger was great. From the soft bun, to sauce, to the juicy burger, definitely giving five guys and run for their money. Will be back again soon.

Overall the food is good but extremely overpriced. I got a double burger (which was still pretty small, fries and a milkshake, with taxes it was $22!!! And was asked if I wanted to tip! For what? This is a fast food establishment. You can get the nice burger at the Jefferson Hotel for not much more. This is not a sustainable price for me to come with my family, unfortunately it’s too expensive to return.

This place is new, so I get it. But unfortunately we waited 24 minutes for two burgers, and it wasn’t even busy. Lady who took our order was rude, and I really didn’t even want to order at the counter. I wanted to order on the tablet, but she was insistent that she take our order. Food was good, except they forgot our sauces and didn’t make my fiancés burger correctly. I love shake shack, but this wasn’t their best day.

Don’t see the appeal of Shake Shack! Their order system is not logical! Have to put in a number from the table sign-half that are broken- they were out and had to go ask for a number! I thought the hamburger to be terribly salty! I could not believe on a single patty burger and a shake i spent 15 USD! I will not return for a burger maybe a shake! I also don’t like the automatically addded a tip!

This was my first visit to the famous Shake Shack and sadly… I was disappointed. After waiting close to an hour, with great anticipation of taking my first bite of their famous burger (that so many people rave about) I was like… This is it?? Sorry, the burger was very bland with no seasoning and burnt little crispy bits throughout that I had to keep spitting out. On a positive note! I can see why you chose to name your restaurant SHAKE Shack, because the shakes were delicious. Maybe use some type of seasoning on your burgers to help improve the taste. Sorry, but for “The Best Burger” offered today, I’ll have to say the award goes to… Drumroll please! FIVE GUYS!! For over $30 for two burgers and two shakes, I was expecting more. The photos may look pleasing, but the burgers aren’t very tasty.
