Great restaurant that checks all the boxes. I had a chance to visit Show Me Pizza and jumped on the opportunity. I love artisan pizza and Show Me doesn’t disappoint. The owner, Benjamin, was there, so I immediately started asking a tone of questions about the food, style of cooking, and whatever else came to mind. Benjamin was a pleasure to meet and a great face for the restaurant. His food is very delicious and cooking at 900 degrees, and the pizza is done in just under two minutes. The pizza come out piping hot, 12 inches of deliciousness, we ordered the Margerita, Cashville Hot Chiken, and the pizza of the month The Dungeon El Pastor. All of which are amazing pies. The Cashville was my favorite overall pizza, it has in-house smoked chicken on it with plenty of spice added. It’s a spicy, savory mouth bomb. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any selection here. The salads are all amazing. They come with homemade dressings and are delicious. If you’re in the area or just want good solid pizza, you have to pay a visit to Show Me Pizza and say hi to Benjamin.

Tried peachy keen today with chicken! It was absolutely delicious and it was like summer in a box. I loved their apocalypse hot honey with the pizza! Ben(the owner) went above and beyond with the service. Would definitely try again and highly recommend this place for artisan pizzas

Everything was really good. Ben was really friendly to the two little boys I was with and they loved talking to him. They also loved the cheese pizza that we ordered. My beet salad was really good. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was really hot inside.

Ordered from here a few times and the food and service has been very consistent. Plenty of vegan options are available. Vegan cheese and even vegan sausage can be selected for the pizzas. Salad dressing was kind of meh though.

Amazing pizza, perfect size to share for 2 or a very hungry 1. Had the margarita pizza with pepperoni added and it’s perfection. Thank you for the delicious addition on 1st street. Wait time was minimal, 10 mins tips which is fantastic.

Great pizza, amazing crust. Their gluten free crust is one of the best around, too. Great atmosphere, always good music playing. Their events are really cool too and usually have free alcohol. The staff is all really great too.

This pizza place has pulled off a tough feat – fitting into the old Austin vibe. But it does a great job! It reminds me of Vulcan Video. Pizza has a lot of nice options for vegetarians and carnivores, including offering “regular” and veggie pepperonis, “regular” and cauliflower crusts, etc. Owner is very friendly. Patio is charming, with vines and lights, and has a unique mosaic left from when this place used to be a Torchy’s Tacos.
