So I’m sitting on the patio eating and the crew thinks it’s a good idea to come and change the trash while I’m eating! The smell just turned my stomach!!! Don’t sit at the patio if you stop here they have no courtesy of the people eating! That could have waited! Then the manager comes out and treats me like I did something wrong! i’ve been coming here for over a year now and i’m not sure what it is, but for some reason the operators always have the worst attitude. The drinks and food are always spot on but they’re very argumentative and short with you when ordering. it’s been like this for a while and it’s frustrating. The food’s not that good to put up with their attitude. i’m not sure of all the employees, but Megan is a MANAGER who’s consistently rude and very much a smart alec. Joey and Brianna on the other hand are always upbeat kind and courteous.

I had the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float. Although it is a sugar bomb, it was yummy! The employees are always nice, my orders are always correct, and usually out in a timely fashion. It’s nice to go get fast food where it’s still pretty fast, and without the contemptuous attitude you get from most employees at other fast food places. That alone is worth my continued patronage.

I just bought a cheesecake malt with extra cheesecake and got home and this malt taste like there is something spoiled. It’s either the milk or the ice cream. I tried to call them back because I live about 25-30 minutes away. I should have tried it before I left. I am very upset because that was 6 dollars and some change. I had my taste buds ready for the cheesecake. I will never order that again.

Yummy food and staff is very nice. Make sure you tip them as they are working very hard in the heat. We tried the new summer float with berries and it was surprisingly excellent.

Great food and very satisfying ice cream and other deserts and slushes. The best Sonic on the Northshore! The only problem is Tyler St. Can be very busy at times which is sometimes hard to get in and out.

Popcorn chicken is my thing to buy from Sonic. Their burgers are NOT what they used ro be when they actually dressed a burger and had great pickles. This chicken is so funky. I haven’t eaten anything all day and I can’t put my finger on what wrong with it but I think it is bad. I can’t eat it and I’m not pressing the button and having it changed out for the same thing.

i visited this sonic location today and ordered a large SODA WATER and was charged incorrectly for a sprite. the management was adamant about over charging me. at every sonic location that i’ve visited i am charged for a water. As it does not have any soda syrup in it. it’s literally a carbonated tap water. the staff was also very rude in telling me that the price could not be negotiated when i questioned the price. this is my first time having rude service at sonic. i will not be back to this location. ridiculous.
