Great food! Fresh cut fries are the best round. If you’ve never been… give it a try! If you are “from philly” and expect it just like “from philly” go back to philly please! I’m from PA originally but it’s not a Original Philly cheesesteak.

We are from Jersey and always looking for places that feel like near home. Well you’ve done pretty damn good. We have all three favorite places right in one area. Food was yummy and they give you a-lot for your money. The bead was just like near home. Very enjoyable and the ladies that served us were really great. We will be back when we go to Vacci and Chicken salad chick. Thank you

A tiny place that has great service and very tasty food. The portions are huge. They chop and melt the cheese and toppings into all the meat, so every bite is delicious.

I actually came into this place inquiring about getting a job, and decided to stay for a sandwich. After I inquired about job and didn’t feel like the waitress wanted anything to do with me I ordered a garlic sub and waited for them to prep the sub. I had a seat and within a few minutes someone shouted my name so I stood up to get my sub. I went up and got it and headed back to table to eat it. I noticed it needed to be cut in half so I took it to counter and asked waitress to see if I could get it cut and her reply was if I want table service I need to be seated and handed me a plastic knife. My question is if you are in customer service business why do you have such a terrible attitude and how much are you gonna make in tips being such a miserable person. Sandwich was very good but the attitude of people working the counter really is terrible. Guess I can find another job elsewhere but they really need to find new people to work there.

Had a great Philly cheesesteak at South Philly Cheesesteaks the other day. They definitely give you plenty to eat and a ton of meat and peppers. Highly recommend them and will definitely be back!!

The name says it all! Really good fries and Philly’s. Steak & chicken both on point. The server that helped us was super cool I’ll be back for sure!

One of the best Philly’s I have ever had. The bread is soft, the meat is really chopped up, and a lot of cheese. The peppers are hot but add such a great flavor.

I eat here two or three times a week. The food is always great and the staff super friendly. Who doesn’t love crispy fresh cut French fries. I am a huge fan of the garlic bomb fries topped with garlic bomb steak and cheese. So good! I bring my sister in from Texas every year and this is her favorite place to eat. So of course I send her pics of my food every time I eat here to tease her .

Born and raised in Philly how do you review a Florida cheese steak? Does it get a curve? With the big bold south Philly sign and the word Philly written absolutely everywhere I say no. Pros: ROLL WAS EXCELLENT, dill pickles were fresh. CONS: First of all no cheese steak is served with bell peppers. The meat was somehow soft. If it weren’t for the roll teeth aren’t necessary here. The taste was close but not enough for me to really want to return unless it were to order plain rolls. Another local known standard of it doesn’t need ketchup it’s good. I had to add a healthy amount of ketchup. The prices were a little high and I got charged 12 cents per pickle slice. You have two really types of Philly steaks. The originals like pats, Steve’s prince and genos. Then you have the standard chopped steaks. I’ve had thousands of them. This place wouldn’t be in business long. In south, north or even northeast Philly. If you have a craving this might take the edge off but it won’t be the cure. Tip: if your brand is so heavily SOUTH PHILLY then stay true to the name. Or lighten up the branding. The food and atmosphere were not Philadephia at all. Way too hipster.

Philly people this is not it! And everyone else I’m sorry this is what they call a cheesesteak. I was watching them cook, they scoop pre cooked meat out of a pan above the grill and just warm it up. Absolute embarrassment. Next time I will go to Wawa and get one of their garbage pre cooked steaks for 1/3 the price.
