We offer fresh, delicious meals prepared on site for you to pick up from our market and enjoy at home. We are a gourmet market where you can purchase our delicious meals to go, cheeses, charcuterie, house made desserts, fine wines and craft beers. Grab your picnic provisions, your camping meal or your ready to reheat meal when you are entertaining guests or staying at your vacation rental!

This place is great. I was traveling through BV on a cross country motorcycle trip in June of ’22 and needed to stop in town to pick up dinner and I was so lucky to stumble upon this place. Instead of another freeze dried camping meal or a can of stew I got to dine on perfectly seasoned and well executed dish of fresh vegetables and jerk chicken that paired perfectly with the Pinot Noir I bought. Made for an elevated camping experience that I will always remember.

My husband and I live on Spark Provisions in the summer, we run another biz in town and so we are crazy busy. We are so grateful to be able to get such quality food that we can heat and eat on our schedule…. The quality meets or exceeds any restaurant in the valley. We used spark provisions to cater some appetizers for a welcome reception/cocktail hour in town. Not only was the food delicious it was absolutely stunning! So many compliments from guests and people were scrambling at the end of the night to grab the few leftovers that remained. Super professional service, so easy to work with and amazing food! We’re so lucky to have Spark Provisions in town. The food is absolutely delicious with many options to choose from (even if you have dietary restrictions!). Avoid the lines at restaurants in town by picking food up here and bringing it back home. Just make sure you save room for dessert 🙂

I had dinner from Spark Provisions and it was one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Everything about the experience was great. The food tasted wonderful, the ordering and pick up was convenient and there was no mess to clean up. The people who own and run the business are so nice. We are going to get a subscription because the portion was so big that it lasted over the course of several meals. I highly recommend it.
