First i would like to warn you on this place the atmosphere is great if you looking for a place to have drinks the vibe is great , me and my family of 4 went for dinner and paid $150.00 for dinner, very disappointed with food, service and the cost of what we paid . I recommend making grocery and having it at your resort. I order a appetizer of oyster i ate them in 2 minutes the price was market price which was $35.00 for 12 , I order a crab cake dinner which was market price which was $35.00 i could of bought from a grocery store and put in oven on plate was suppose to been Cole slaw and the rice seem to be cooked in microwave , my husband order jerk pork chop which was bbq sauce $35.00 bulks, my daughter ordered hot dog that was disgusting and fries with a side of shrimps that came with 3 small broil shrimp for $5.00 , The restaurant isn’t what you think . I cant believe this place is open , If i do ever attend this place it would be for drinks only . I dont want an apology for service i would like a refund of my money i spent here also to warn people it is not what you think and to think twice before you eat here.I was going to order dessert but didnt even bother. First time at Massanutten so wanted to try a restaurant with family should’ve known better when restaurant wasn’t pack an it was in side of a water park. Never again .

June 2021 – I don’t know why this place still shows open 24 hours. This place does not exist now. It has been taken out of the water park just like the other restaurants at the indoor outdoor Water park here. I’m dropping the rating to a one simply because it is poor that all these restaurants are still showing open and they’re not.

Staff is always friendly. Drink menu is fun. Appetizers could use a little work, 6 appetizers to pick from and 4 are chicken items=( For the prices though all menu items could use a little work. But great place to watch and wait for the kids to be done in the water park.

We had so so much fun at Hideaway loud! It was a great family uxperience! The food there was fairly pricey but that goes with the territory I guess. Definitely had to hide going on the waterslide but the only big issue I had with the lounge was the hot tub was 18 and older and I couldn’t go in. I understand they’re trying to keep kids in loud teens out of the hot tub but I still found it frustrating because I wanted to go in and relax. Other than that it was enjoyable for our family.

Service was very slow. There were so many employees standing around and was kind of unfriendly was expecting more considering the environment and establishment. Food was pretty decent and hot saw they had to come up/down stairs to delivery the food which was inconvenient and seemed like a lot of exercise and extra stress . and it’s not on a severing tray covered or nothing just out in the open catching cold air as they walk/run food to you. All you smell is pool water which is kind of gross but you get used to it . there’s an over priced arcade for kids which is convenient.

Food is okay at best. The kitchen is on a other floor so food can take an elongated period of time to arrive. Service can be good to awful. However, there are not a lot of options in the area. Prices aren’t bad. I’d pay more for better quality food and service.

It’s a great indoor water park with stuff for all ages. The have a cafeteria that sell food and snacks. They are really clean however that being said they will close the pool for cleaning if something happens which is good ,however we came there at 6 and just as we were about to get into the pool they closed it for over an hour which left us would less than an hour pool time and no refund due it to this contamination before they closed.
