Such a great addition to the neighborhood! So happy I don’t have to go all the way to Cookout anymore. Customer service was A1-free water cup was DEF appreciated! Prices were <$7 for Coney and small Cajun fry. food made to order and delivered car side. Cajun fries are actually Seasoned not Salty Also had a New York style dog with sauerkraut and brown mustard-it was so good and I’m so glad they don’t put the condiments on in a way that makes the bread soggy. So happy I don’t have to spend my lunch break rushing to 9 mile or Laburnum anymore because this is so close.

As I drove by, the prominent sign advertising the Smash Burger, compelled me to immediately stopped and place an order. I learned they also offer regular fish and whiting fish sandwiches. I was seriously tempted to go that route. However, I chose to stay the course and ordered the “works” on my Smash Burger. What I found out is a 1/4 lb beef burger pressed out to the circumference of the bun, topped with a slice of American cheese, medium diced onions, thinly sliced dill pickles, tomatoes, and sandwiched between a grill heated bun spread w mayo. The burger was VERY good! The store is located in East Richmond, near the intersection of Wms’burg Rd and Government Ave.

Fresh , Hot and excellent customer service. The fries are awesome & the burgers are juicy! Kristin and Eli are awesome. There place is very clean. Never been disappointed. It was so good I forgot to take the picture before I bit into it LOL

Wow, what a burger!!! Food was great, customer service was great, and price was great!! Staff were super friendly and took pride in their work, they wanted me to watch the burger making process and the cook was showing off his smashing technique!!! Very fun! Might be best burger I’ve had in Richmond, and the canjun fries were on point too!!! Will be back often.

Amazing quality and experience! You can honestly tell the meat is clean, high-quality produce, and the manner in which it is cooked is the cherry on top. Seasoned deliciously and melts in your mouth. Same with the fries.

Over $17 after tip for a mediocre cheeseburger at best and just the most bland fries ever. I could have fed 2 people for the price spent here at another burger place just a few miles down the road with significantly better food, options and price. Doubt I will ever return. even if they cut their prices in half to a competitive rate.
