Everyone there are nice except that lady who makes the drink. Shes so rude to customers and other employees. Sadly seems like she is the manager or something there.

I felt inclined to leave this review after reading the last review. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for almost two years. And I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the staff. Including Dawna who has been nothing less than an absolute sweetheart every time i go. Along with Adrianna,Tara,Lori and several others I’ve always been treated with respect and professionalism. And this is coming from a Latino. And as a latino customer who comes here almost on a daily basis, I’ve never witnessed anything remotely resembling the accusation given by one of the previous reviews. Unfortunate that some people are so easily willing to use the race card. By far my favorite Starbucks to visit for my coffee.

Always get exactly the drink I order, they are not afraid to experiment if I wanna try something new. Great people working there too! Highly suggest. Dawna especially is very helpful kind and courteous

I had a racially charged incident with Dawna this morning. I go in for a cup of coffee with my 4 year old. As soon as I walk up, her eyebrows are raised and her tone is angry. As I’m ordering, she is raising her voice at me repeatedly as though I’m a child ordering. I maintain my calm and nice demeanor. After I pay and walk to the other side waiting for the food, she yells “SIR! Your coffee! You forgot your coffee” as she HUFFS AND PUFFS. After this humiliation, I calmly walk over and grab the coffees as people behind me are now staring. I now notice, she is being polite and nice to the following few customers. When she hands me my food, she says “You’re welcome!” Finally, I’ve had it and I tell her she shouldn’t yell. I was being nice to her the entire time. The race card is easy and I’m not a fan of excuses. But, for the life of me, I can’t imagine why she was horrible to me and nice to everyone else behind me (I was the only minority). Her response to me asking why she yelled? “Have a nice day sir” with a passive aggressive tone. I am a nice person and it bothers me deeply I was treated this way. I’ve never witnessed such a blatant display of hate. I had to write this long review to share this experience. Very unsettling.

Spoiled, because Starbucks name brings lots of customers. Should train their employees, to properly serve people. Credit card machine broke, $50 bill is too big to break, and the girl is looking mean, making a fool out of the customer, for $5 coffee. Felt very humiliated. Will never stop again for flat coffee.

Terrible, inexperienced and inconsiderate staff. All I wanted was a black coffee. They did not have the courtesy to tell me it was out and they needed to brew a whole new batch until I asked after waiting 10 minutes. Left after getting a refund and got coffee next door at 7 Eleven in one minute. Who trains these people?

I live locally to this Starbucks and pop in for coffee as opposed to only when driving by on the turnpike. The staff is really friendly and personable, which is nice considering this is a service area Starbucks rather than a full Starbucks. Overall the coffee and staff are great, so full stars review from me.

It saddens me to only give this Starbucks 3 stars. They tend to be understaffed and normally only have one on shift, but that’s normally not the companies fault.
