I bought a green Starbucks logo tumbler, a grande caramel crunch latte, and an instant pack of coffee. It’s a very nice coffee shop and a good place to go. Very nice seating arrangement as well.

Very slow but more importantly they’ve started seriously shorting customers in the coffee department. lattes are all foam and no coffee. Even ordering plain coffee gets you only a half full cup.

Easy to overlook this location. Broken sign on the building that doesn’t really stand out and say, ‘here we are, enter here’. Feels neglected but only on the outside. Inside is your typical store setup. Staff is friendly. Drinks made correctly.

Horrible coffee. They don’t seem to follow the same procedures to make drinks the way other locations do. I have never received a good drink from this location. I keep trying in hopes that maybe they are having an off day but they consistently make bad drinks. Got a sweet cream cold brew today that tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to. Got a White Chocolate Mocha a couple weeks ago that tasted like hot milk with no coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Charlottesville. The one at 250 bypass & Emmet Street is so crowded and the parking lot is awful. This location has plenty of parking, the crew does their best to get you your drinks quickly, and they’ve been open during bad weather and holidays when other Starbucks in Charlottesville aren’t.
