I have come here for almost a year and the past few months has been horrible customer service from the girl that has blue/green hair at the cashier. She always writes down my order wrong on the cup, never scans my card for stars, and is very rude. Finally today I said something, and of course was greeted with a power trip and attitude. I asked her to remake my coffee (nobody was in line) and dealt with a 5 min argument about why the coffee was made right and they don’t “remake drinks”. I know it wasn’t made right, it tasted different from the past year! She was on a power trip today, arguing with coworkers about having stuff in stock, arguing with customers, and in general just being hateful/disgusting. Probably won’t be going back if she’s there!

Store #59061 is always absolutely outstanding! The drinks are always as good as the previous one and the baristas are so friendly! They are always smiling and happy. They will help get you whatever drink you’re looking for! I love the pink drink and got a recommendation to try it with cold foam and I’m even more obsessed with the drink now!

I order 2 Green Tea Frappuccino, and they didn’t make them into Frappuccino’s…. After waiting for 30 minutes in line inside Albertsons and then waiting an additional 30 min for them to make the two drinks they didn’t make it right, they offered to make me 2 more the right way but didn’t have time as I was limited in time for work. Love the convenience of enjoying a coffee after/during my shopping at Albertsons but 4 stars overall simply for the inconvenience of not being able to drive thru and enjoy Starbucks. It limits when I would choose to go there vs if there was a drive in location. No one does a better peppermint Mocha either! Just wish it wasn’t a seasonal option. Food isn’t the best. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you just need a quick bite and don’t really care about the taste and quality.

They are ok not very knowledgable with the drinks and they need improve on the staff to many new people and the drinks are not that great I would get a drink there again but I wouldnt drop everything to swing in there plus they got rid of bananas and strawberries off the me u very disappointing.

I stop in here a couple times a week for my morning coffee and I’m happy every time. They are usually pretty quick. Its located inside Albertsons so it’s convenient if you also need to pick something up from the store or pharmacy. I’ll definitely keep coming back here for my iced coffee.
