First time ever to stop at Steak Escape Went through the drive through and couldn’t understand the person speaking and ordered a small sandwich which was $7.?? Got to the window and it was $13.?? After he had already handed me my drink I ask why the difference and he said that was for the meal. I told him I didn’t order the meal and he was like you don’t want the drink and fries, just give them back. I told him I would take it this time cause there dang won’t be another time. Will not go back could not even drink the sweet tea. Bad taste. Food was dripping grease. Worse experience. Definitely will not go back

Came in 30 minutes after open. Dining room was very dirty with greasy, sticky tables. Crumbs everywhere. Appeared it had not been cleaned at all. Staff was on cell phones as I tried to order. Sandwich was hot and decent. Fries were limp and lukewarm.

Came into this restaurant on 7/24/22 at 7pm. The tables were disgustingly greasy. The soda and condiment area were filthy. Employees were playing around and on their cell phones. The two cooks were using the metal spatulas to play the drums on the grill top. The noise was very distracting. I will not be returning to this establishment. I do not recommend the dine in experience. Photos are pics of the table before we sat down to eat. Grease and nastiness everywhere!!

I ordered a grand escape with extra meat. They didn’t give me extra meat. I also ordered chicken nuggets and they were completely raw in the middle. I am pregnant and cannot eat any food that’s under cooked. I tried to call the store and make an complaint they didn’t answer the phone properly I could literally hear myself saying hello then was put on hold with no answer. I completely wasted $31. I will never go back to that location they are very unprofessional.

They are clearly short staffed so there is a wait for your food. They were nice and polite, just short staffed. I am not a fan of the food. I love Phillys but this one doesn’t do it for me.

Came in one night for a sandwich and potato bowl. Food was good but they forgot to put my extras on the side. When I got home and noticed I called and whoever was managing said bring the receipt and we will remake it for you. Went today and had it remade . It’s delicious. I’ll definitely be back in. Ty!

I ate here the last week of February, not upset at the wait time because they were pretty busy . The steak sandwich itself was good . I believe we both had the grand escape and the loaded fries with ranch and cheese sauce. Those fries were so salty , idk if those were the regular fries with salt and they sauced them but I could not eat them. No eating utensils for the fries until we left. Drinks were both overfilled . For my first time trying this place was actually ok. Probably wouldn’t get fries next time .
