I had the americana – impossible burger. It was very good. The service was impeccable. Only small thing. It was quite hot, but the restaurant can’t do anything about that. It’s really the airport that controls everything, as it’s open-air.

The atmosphere and the interior decoration of the restaurant was very clean and modern for a restaurant at the airport. The food quality was also good. I got the grilled chicken sandwich for $15. The only qualm with the place is that it took 15-20 minutes for the food to come out and they lacked seating options.

This was a solidly 3 star experience. The atmosphere drew me in and is probably responsible for many other people’s higher reviews. Personally, I thought it would have been a 4 if it was half the price. Two Blue Moon ales and two burgers plus tip brought us to a solid $69, which is really just ridiculous for food that isn’t as good as In-n-Out but looks the same and is served slowly. The people were cool, but you order through an app so there really isn’t any service to speak of apart from when they bring your food to you in a cardboard box. Again, $69

I stopped in for a drink and snack. The menu looks nice, the service was fantastic! I had a Bloody Mary and chips w/ guacamole and “salsa”. Everything was great except the salsa. It was more like spicy bbq sauce(not very good). Overall the experience was very good, and they are pretty fast. It isn’t cheap though.

Just stood at the host stand for 10 minutes while two hosts/servers, a man and a woman with curly hair, stood at their computers and completely ignored us. There was an open table, so not sure what the issue was because it was never communicated. The woman made eye contact with me at least five times. This has been my go-to stop at the airport for so many flights because of good food and service. Hope they get better staff for my next visit.

$20 for a chicken Caesar salad! This used to be my favorite place to get a chicken Caesar salad. I understand the prices have gone up but I pretty much feel like I’m paying for a head of lettuce with subpar chicken and a few croutons. They used to be the best English muffin croutons too! Now you only get 4 pieces. So sad!

Solid 4 IMO. I did like this salad (Brussels Sprouts Salad with Chicken) a little more than anticipated. Ingredients feel fresh. Docked score because I wish there was a little more cheese, no spoons (hoping that’s just for today?), and it was a little expensive for a salad (but what isn’t expensive nowadays?!)… A solid salad and probably one of the better ones at Chicago O’Hare.
