Sara helped us plan a surprise 40th birthday party for my friend. She did a fabulous job from beginning to end. We reserved the backroom sitting 32 was perfect for us. We ordered the Fiesta buffet. Everything turned out wonderfully. And cannot say enough about the fabulous wait staff. They were attentive all night with all the guests!!!! Great job. Thank you so so much!

We hosted a bridal shower at Sunset with approximately 30 people attending. Not only did staff assist in the set up of our decorations they also provided many items we didn’t have, like tape, hammer, a basket. Very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent during the shower, bringing drinks and clearing tableware. Very enjoyable event. Would highly recommend as event venue.

Just had a graduation party this past weekend with sunset hills Golf course and eatery. We had a wonderful time. The food was wonderful, staff was very nice and accommodating, even when our party exceeded what I had originally thought and planned for! Would definitely use again for an event!

Just had dinner here at Sunset Hills restaurant. So disappointed. This place was so much better before it was taken over . Some of our orders were overcooked. Some undercooked. My steak salad had very little steak and was really not good. Such a bad experience.

We have eaten at Mashies(Sunset Hills now) for years & always had great meals. Tonight we brought 2 other couples with us & ate on the patio. Unfortunately, our dining experience we NOT good. Several of us thought we might order the prime rib but we wanted horseradish with it but the waitress had never heard of horseradish & was sure that the kitchen did not have that.(so we didnt order it-not sure if she actually checked or not)I ordered the sirloin medium rare, but after taking my order, she came back about 10 minutes later & told me that they were out of sirloin & they would substitute a ribeye. I agreed & the food was served several minutes later. The steak was well done(no pink at all)& there was no way it had been cooked after I agreed to the other cut. I sent it back & ordered a burger. My husband ordered the cod & it was undercooked. The rest of our party had either under/overcooked food or was disappointed in her choice(blue steak salad-only iceberg lettace & a smattering of steak for $17!!) My husband & another couple had been to your restaurant recently when Backstreet played & had come out on a Thursday, ate & played Bingo-fun nights so hopefully tonight will not be the norm. The waitress was Ok & tried to make things right.

I photographed an event yesterday here and I was impressed with the wait staff! I saw at least 6 people staying on top of the food, drink, and comfort of the customers. All of them had great personalities and were very fun and attentive to customers and each other. Well-oiled machine! The whole place was clean, including the bathrooms. Parking is abundant, and the views are fantastic! Spacious and nice outside seating area!

I had the Flying Hawaiian and it was amazing. The burger was great and my waiter was awesome, I will say that the food took awhile to come out, it was a solid 30 minutes. We were the only ones waiting for food at that time, so I was surprised at the wait. That being said, we were not in a rush so it was all good.
