Really Nice and polite staff. The whole place looks super cool and the food is amazing! I’ve gone to the one in Boystown but I like this one better. The customer service is always top notch! One of my favorite sushi places of all time. The only thing that you have to keep in mind is that the sushi rolls are really small here. But otherwise, it is good.

I was a huge fan of the boystown location before COVID. I was craving the sushi again recently and decided to give the Bucktown location a shot for takeout. They were very good. I believe the dine in experience would top the takeout but I wouldn’t shy away from ordering take out from this location again.

Hey guys update your pictures, this spot doesn’t even have sushi anymore and isn’t called sushi anything anymore. It’s just shabbu plus and it’s rotary hotpot or something. Just wasted some precious time.

On google maps is information that they are open to 2.30pm for lunch. I spent 30 minutes on the way, paid for parking lot and on the door they have information that they are closed until 4pm…

Conveyors aren’t working right now, but they have little transformer semi trucks bring the food directly to your table. Service is fantastic and there’s almost zero wait time for calling a server to your table.

We have been going to Sushi + Rotary for years… first in Naperville then pre-Covid in Lakeview (on Broadway) and tonight we tried the new location in Bucktown. I have to say, they did NOT disappoint at all! Food was very fresh, very friendly staff, service was superb and the attention to cleanliness was on point. Although we prefer patio seating during this time, we did not feel uncomfortable at all being inside. The distance between other patrons was perfect!
