Do yourself a favor and just walk over to the River North location a few blocks west. Streeterville location has consistently forgotten ingredients like the chicken or served over cooked past its prime ingredients. I get Guacamole Greens a lot and today the avocado was brown all the way through and chips looked like they sprinkled the bottom of the bag into my bowl. For $15 salad it should not be this way. River North location gets it right every time. Maybe they need to train over there.

Streeterville Sweetgreen customers beware! For many years, my family and I have been regular customers of Sweetgreen. Until recently, we’ve never had a single complaint about quality, value or customer service at any location (NYC, DC, Boston, Chicago, Coral Gables…). A couple of months ago, a new store manager took over our local Streeterville location. On three different recent occasions, we have ordered dinner on-line while in transit from O’Hare and received bowls that have not only been missing protein (Steelhead) but have also been noticeably skimpy in terms of contents (see photos). The first time, we said nothing. The second time, when presented with a photo of the bowl we received, the store manager begrudgingly compensated us one of the bowls we purchased for lunch. The third time, when we also provided a photo of the bowl that was missing Steelhead (beside a can of tuna my husband added for his protein), the manager was not only surly but refused to make any concession — despite the fact that her very regular customers had ordered two more bowls for lunch! The Streeterville location has lost our business. We hope our recent experiences there are NOT indicative of the company’s approach to customer service!

A week ago, I dined in for my initial Sweet Greens experience. The employee, creating the bowls for my son and I was very patient, courteous, and deliberate w/ preparing the meals. I had no idea, the food was this good, other than my son loves it. Yesterday, returned…great service but both bowls were half full. As I walked to my son’s apartment, I realized…no avocado or bread either. Never came up, and I missed it. My son, noticed right away we only were provided half a meal. Anyway, lesson learned…I’ll make sure I get what I paid for next time. Could’ve been 5 Stars

I usually don’t complain, in this case I feel compelled to! I am a regular SG customer and drive into the city just to get a couple of salads (kale ceasar & green goddess). The SG at 227 E Ontario has changed in the last few visits. The salads are skimpy and their needs to be better cleaning of the prep counter. I have not returned in few weeks and go to other locations after a few sub-par experiences and bowls. I really like the SG menu and hope you rectify the problem so the chain can survive and thrive! We need this type fast food choice!!!

I like to personalize my salads and this is a great place since ingredientes are very good and taste fresh, but it would be ideal to add more ingredientes to choose from and make the portions bigger, especially when paying $13-$15 dollars per salad. I also liked their crispy rice treat.

This is the absolute best sweetgreen I have been too in a good while. The staff was so nice & welcoming. My questions were readily answered & I felt valued as a customer. There was a young man there the day I went, I believe he was a manager & his name was Jesus, who was so engaging & courteous. I definitely am going to keep coming back!
