It doesn’t matter how many times I complain about putting in the extra meat I pay for, the team can’t get it right. Like the fact I have to keep asking for a refund/remake is ridiculous. Just gave up. Leaving this review and reporting them again. I’m done going here. This was earned this for me repeatedly having to talk with managers and not being reimbursed. This is at least the fourth time and honestly twice within a month. Management either doesn’t care or won’t follow up due to labor shortage. Is it really that hard to give me what I pay for? Don’t come here by the way!

Had some guests over from out of town that wanted Taco Bell so we went and picked up $33.89 worth of food in the drive tru. The order arrived incomplete and had 1 extra.. a fingernail in a soft shell taco that was found by biting down on it. This is disturbing. The manager did issue a refund of $33 and a coupon for $30. This is disgusting and traumatic. Whoever did this needs serious help… I would not recommend dining here. Me posting Any other food pictures is now irrelevant for this restaurant.

This Taco Bell is usually great for food, but I’m not waiting 20 + minutes in the Drive-Thru for two tacos and some Cinnabon. Whoever the franchise owner is needs to pay more and hire more workers. This location consistently has lines of three cars that take over 10 minutes to get processed, and if there’s four or more cars in the line, forget about getting anywhere that you were intending to get on time

The food was ok except that a chicken burrito and a chalupa that we ordered had pieces of bone in it they also forgot 3 things that we ordered, they forgot the rice in the power bowl which was not worth purchasing because the bowl hardly had anything in it.

Can’t get a simple or right ever how hard is your job u simply punch the number into the screen and heat food up. So let me pay for food that I apparently will never recieve. But wait they get mad at you when you sit there and check your order. Get new employees maybe require a g.e.d or high-school diploma

did an online order and checked in. guy gave me the cups and said it’ll be out soon. 20 minutes go by and a new worker clocks in and asks why [our order name] was not started. guy said no one has asked about it… we tell them that it was us and we already were waiting on it. multiple people that have come in after us have gotten their food. i understand staffing is an issue everywhere but it seems like no one had any urgency or seemed to know what they were doing except that one woman who had just arrived.took nearly an hour for two $5 meal deals 🙁

Lived in Franklin for over 30 years. Been going to this taco bell since it opened. Today is the first time I’ve ever had an issue with my order and the service. They asked what sauce I wanted then preceeded not to give me any. No napkins either. Lady at the drive thru was unfriendly, and unprofessional toward her coworker. Apparently service has been going down in the last month.
