I ordered 2 vegetarian Mexican pizza, I clarified and it was on the recipe. My total was 13.74. They messed up both of them by adding meat to it, we had to drive back 25 minutes back and after returned they put a small piece of chicken on both pizzas. When we opened it at the place(1700 N. Broad St. Lansdale , PA 19446)we did not see it because it was a small piece but when we got home in the light we noticed it. I find it extremely disappointing/ disrespectful that they did not take any seriousness towards my religion. I called back to ask why they messed with my 2 order and they hung up both my calls. I have the receipt and picture proof of this. They ruined not only the first time but the second order as well. This was near closing time so we could not go back, because of late night ruined our dinner. This particular store is becoming a big problem for our people. i know nothing is going to be done but taco bell as a franchise should take other religions seriously and properly handle this kind of situations.

I love a good Taco Bell run. Today my kids wanted to eat in the restaurant. 25 minutes after ordering and conversing with a family that was there 10 minutes prior and they were still waiting my husband went to check on the order. The guy at the register said “it’s bad back there” What?!? We got our food eventually. It was fine, but I didn’t get half my order. Waited another 20 minutes for my food and decided it was a better choice to go home and pour myself a drink… yikes! Think I will head to Souderton or Montgomeryville for my next Taco Bell craving

Food is what you expect. They do tend to get orders wrong and they are so unfriendly every single time that you don’t even want to put yourself through talking to them again to fix anything if it’s wrong. But when u do have a craving for junk food it’s still taco bell which is sometimes exactly what you want. If the staff wasn’t so rude and miserable it would be 5 stars.

I’ve both eaten at this Taco Bell and ordered delivery from here many times. Way more times than not they mess up the order. Typically by not paying any attention to what is/isn’t supposed to be on the food. How difficult is it to not put lettuce or tomatoes on something when it’s on the screen in front of their faces? It shouldn’t be difficult, yet they get it wrong all the time. One day I was there and there were about 7 orders, including ours, during the time we ate and every single one had to be fixed because the employees didn’t bother to pay attention to what the order was supposed to be. The restaurant was also filthy, trash all over the soda station and the floor was sticky. They also pretty much never give sauces when asked for deliveries which also isn’t a difficult thing to do. These issues are things that only need basic reading comprehension to not cause. It’s ridiculous.

Not only was the man at the drive thru yelling at a coworker on the middle of me placing an order through the drive thru, but I also pulled aside and had to wait over 10 minutes to receive my small order. I even said “have a nice day” to the man who gave me my order where I was parked and he didn’t say anything and just handed me the bag and walked away. When I got home, it was ice cold, had to be reheated. I only live .3 miles away. Never will return to this location.

Skip and go the other one a mile away. They gave me soggy crunchwraps with just lettuce literally . Five layers with just beans. And sodas that taste like cleaning machine solution. Oh and I got chips and cheese with just cheese . My kids were heartbroken. I get nothings perfect but this was just bad.
