I ordered a custom burrito which was delicious, but uber messy! The soda machine flavor I wanted wasn’t carbonated and the bathrooms were despicable! On top of that, the staff initially gave me the incorrect bathroom code. Yes, a bathroom coded door! Ugh! And the prices were high! 2 burritos and a chicken quesadilla with 2 medium drinks was $23!

Ordered (2) chicken chalupas through the drive thru. The fried chalupa shell was extremely stale and cold to the touch, like it was cooked 3 days ago and they pull them out the refrigerator when they’re ordered. I’ll NEVER eat at this location!

I went through the drive through ordering a large strawberry lemonade and the guy gave me something completely different in a small size so I told him I asked for a large strawberry lemonade. He told me that what I asked for is not sold at taco bell(it is but his english wasn’t perfect so I let it go)and that what he gave me was a watermelon slush so I accepted it. When I looked at the receipt it turns out he gave me a cherry freeze and it gave me a scare because i’m allergic to cherries. I don’t know why he gave me a small because it said large cherry freeze on the receipt.

its amazing how much taco bell has changed since covid. the was they service their customers: the “attention” or lack thereof. if you dont place an order at the kiosk, you’ll be waiting a while for someone to come up and take your order.

If I could give them a ZERO on freshness, cleanness and quality I would!!! my kids were craving their taco box and I usually don’t order delivery from them, I usually go in person or drive -thru but last Friday I got home a little late from work so we decided to try “delivery”. Anyways the food was delivered to my door and my kids were excited but once we opened the box we see this disgusting ,cold food , nasty old exploded sauce on top of the tacos that we lost our appetite at this point! smh NEVER again they getting a penny from me!

I can’t believe I’m saying this but the low expectations I had of Taco Bell keep being destroyed by this location. I understand that the economy is hitting everything and everyone hard but when I spend money on something, I expect to receive what I ordered. A few weeks ago I ordered two Crunchwrap supremes but received two supreme disappointments. It was basically two malformed tortillas with a splash of veggies and an dash of beans/meat the size of quarter. I checked the bag before leaving but it doesn’t matter because now I have to tear the food apart too just in case they felt like chipotle and wanted to be stingy with their ingredients. Normally I wouldn’t make a negative review on a one time event, but imagine coming to this location for the last 3 years and having this sort of thing happen to you with every visit.

This is the first one star I ever gave a Taco Bell they usually have great customer service. On September 3rd at 2:55 p.m. I asked for a iced coffee and they said ‘we don’t have it…only in mornings’ I asked why not because other Taco Bells do. The response was ‘ because we don’t.. did you see it on the menu?’ What should have happened is them telling me that they would take my request to corporate. They did not do so. 93% of communication is nonverbal, and there is was abrupt and uncaring. Taco Bell is like a beautiful wedding cake and this Taco Bell is like a whole bunch of flies on that wedding cake.
