Got my order wrong and got mad at me for me wanting to get a refund . miss javonia please take a deep breathe it helps . Customer service in my experience is usually good but sometimes just take a minute a read out to make sure it’s right. the folks gonna wait for food anyway regardless. I still gave y’all 5 stars because I believe y’all will get it right . I will be back to see if anything changes .

I got the nacho bell grande. I’m sitting at a table right now because I’m on my lunch break. Some of the chips are stale, some are soggy. There was no ice in the drink machine and no sweet tea made. It was a struggle finding the cleanest table because this place is empty but all the tables are dirty. The cashier woman was very off putting and made me feel like I didn’t belong there and like she didn’t want to help me. I grabbed 4 fires and 3 Diablos and I heard “she ain’t gonna use all that fire” and more mumbling as I was finding a table. I really don’t understand, I haven’t said or acted like anything to make these women upset with me. I hadn’t even mentioned to them the ice or the tea or the tables.
