If you go early, expect the chalupa and soft taco wraps to be stale. It’s almost like they are using up the leftover ones from the day before that have been sitting out all night. But the crunchy shells are usually fresher.

Grabbed an early lunch there last week. The fries and the cinnamon twists were from the day before. The fries were cold and hard and the twists were so gummy you couldn’t break them. They just bent like a wet noodle. Thoroughly disappointed in the experience.

Lunch of one burrito took 20 minutes to get, unfortunately I got back to the office before realizing my vegetarian item had meat. It went straight to the trash. What a waste of time and money. Never going there again. One star is too much

Kid was rude (Sunday night) didn’t receive beefy 5 layer burrito and ordered two cinobon delights and only got one. I work in casual food and it’s very simple to get atleast somewhat close to what the customer ordered. Seemed intentional.

Ordered a deluxe box and a chicken ranch burrito and they only gave me the box so i went back in and asked for the ranch burrito and the guy making it gave me a burrito just full of bean!

Still can’t process what just happened . My order below the sausage one was given with creamy jalapeño sauce and cheese, brought it back and the cook told me I was wrong and that creamy cheese sauce is different than regular cheese- argued with me for 5 minutes to remake the food- I get home and was given a bacon potato burrito.

My girlfriend just crashed their car and then got tomatoes on their regular tacos (the regular doesn’t come with tomatoes and my girlfriend hates tomatoes with a violently unreasonable passion) and went up to ask for new tacos (which was mostly just sobbing requests) and they gave them the twisty cinnamon things and new tacos filled to the brim with cheese and seasoned beef. 10/10 would come here after a crash again.
