It’s been multiple times that I order here and the food is missing toppings, my last order was a beefy 5-layer they gave me only 2 tortillas and beef, that was my very last order cause I’m never going back here again, the staff really lacks a sense of work ethic, very rude if you want to make a customer order, I understand nobody likes this type of work but the customers pay the price for people who don’t want to do what they’re paid to do. I’ll find another location.

It’s Taco Bell, it is what it is. Quick turnover of young employees means check your bag before you leave and if you’ve made any substitutions that are really important – check your food too. When it’s good, it’s goood … but there’s always a chance it won’t be. Everyone has their favorite things here but I love their power bowls – super customizable as you can add more of things (for an up charge) or get less of things or omit them entirely and they’re actually pretty healthy at a great price.

Tonight I asked a family member to pick up a couple of Deluxe Cravings Boxes for dinner on their way over to my house. The items were dumped into a bag and when asked for Fire sauce, they reluctantly dropped some into the bag. The combo should have consisted of a medium drink, a Chalupa Supreme Steak, a “Beefy” 5 layer burrito, a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos, and Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. What we got was a medium drink, Chips and Cheese Sauce, A tiny tightly wrapped mostly bean burrito (I actually had to look for the beef and finally found a little), a soggy (also lacking in beef – see the picture) Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco, and NO CHALUPA OF ANY KIND (steak or otherwise)!!!! The components we ended up with were the same for both combos. A complete RIPP OFF!! There conveniently was also no receipt in the bag either. We did not go back for the missing items because the location over 6 miles away. We did however try to call the store and they are not answering the phone. I assume they are serving up the same lacking and missing items to others and don’t want to bother with the complaints! It was an expensive for a bag full of nothing. The manager should be ashamed!!!

Small, looks new. Busy drive through, only one other table inside at 8pm Friday night. Tables and floor were dirty with food and napkins, garbage can was overflowing. Staff was talking among themselves and did not acknowledge us, so we placed our order on the self-serve screen. We weren’t spoken to until we had ordered and paid. The chalupa shell was tough and difficult to chew but the flavor was good. The shredded chicken was good. Upon leaving, the tables and floor were still dirty and the garbage had not been emptied. I hope that the kitchen is cleaner than the dining room.

Terrible Health code violations, employees go to the bathroom and there is not hand soap to wash your hands, employees eating with their hands in the line using the same gloves as they prepare the food, putting hands, mouth and food together, this is unsanitary!.

I just go out from this Taco Bell after I give the order like 4 or 5 times she give me wrong order and I buy food for my daughters and my son and I say no spice and she put extra spice and when I pay she have bad attitude and that not the first time happened to me on the same place

I ordered food in the drive-thru I was missing a burrito. I came back and he gave me a crunchy taco which is cheaper than what I paid for. I didn’t like his attitude. Once I parked I noticed all my food was cold and not fully cooked. I didn’t go back because the energy was off. I didn’t want to argue. Seems like the person taking my order didn’t want to work by his body language. Who ever trained the night shift staff did a horrific job. I paid over 20 dollars for my food to not be fully cooked and cold. Waste of money. This location should treat their customers better. Plus they didn’t even have the change to give me. I’m Disappointed to be honest.

Horrible experience with management!!!! Never been a complainer of food since I use to work in Taco Bell when I was young however possibly the worst interaction with a shift manager at the time. Ordered chicken instead of beef and the gentleman literally gave me two small pieces of chicken, my Gordita crunch was literally lettuce, cheese and two very small pieces of chicken. I kindly went back through drive thru and showed the cashier , he shrugged his shoulders and told me that’s what they give. When I proceeded to speak to the manager or shift leader Mr. Yan Carlos Milan came to speak to me and rudely said that’s all we give. I asked for my refund and he nonchalantly said no problem and was rude about giving me the store number. He came back and then said this is what we give and if you don’t like it call corporate. Which I will be doing. As long as you have a leader who treats customer that type of way this store will continue to decline sales. Leaders should be an example. Fast food or not I was a paying customer. Wish I would of took a picture of the food so you can all get a good laugh at what they consider a chicken portion. SMH.
