I put a mobile order in on 6/09 and my husband picked it up for me around 3 PM on the way home from work. Everything else we got was fine, except this one taco I got. It was all put together right and nothing was missing, but it had an ALIVE FLY in it. Ruined both of our appetites. I emailed day of and they haven’t responded so hopefully they answer my second one!

My van is a little to tall to fit through the drive through. After speaking with 2 employees sitting outside just to ask if I could put an order in without going through the drive through I was blown off by both of them and apparently their manager. Not gonna beg for Taco Bell. There is plenty of other options in town. A no answer would have been cool. No answer at all just shows a deficiency in management. Your representation of the franchise wasn’t great at this location. Do better.

The food is hot. They rush to beat that drive thru timer and not worrying about how the food looks. The cashier was nice and sweet. My food either had to much of a product or not enough. Like it was measured at all. My pizza looked to be dropped or something so I asked for another one. It wasn’t perfect either but wasn’t so questionable.

Will NEVER order at another Taco Bell dining room menu kiosk and will never come back to this Glenbrook location again. We placed an order tonight on the kiosk and waited, and waited for our food. Other customers came in after us – and started receiving their orders. A girl that came in off-duty for dinner (she apparently works here) told the kitchen crew that we had been waiting a long time. We were asked for the name on our order, and were then told that they didn’t have any order under our name. No apology for the error in your system – no offer to fix the situation or make things right, we were just looked at like we were stupid for placing an order in your store. We walked out. We had already waited for 20+ minutes for nothing. Your workers have no clue what customer service means and certainly have no idea how to correctly handle customer issues when they arise. Customer retention means nothing to them. To you (owner/mgmt.), this should mean EVERYTHING. They are too busy with their faces looking at orders on screens, and tossing together tacos to take a second, and care anything about what is happening with customers that are right in front of them. They should have taken the initiative to check on our order when they saw that we had been waiting for that long. They didn’t care. On another note, we watched one male member of your crew preparing food with his ponytail pulled through the back of his hat – and so much hair hanging down in front of his face as he made food, that it was disgusting. I’m sure that an inspector from Sumner County Health Dept. would not approve. You need to clean house, get rid of those kiosks that don’t work, and get your store’s act together. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue like this at this location, but it will be the last. We will drive farther away from home and go to Indian Lake’s Taco Bell before we ever come back to this one. We were so excited when Glenbrook was getting a TB. What a complete disappointment.

If I get delivery, I’m more likely to get food errors and missing food. Food quality varies,I guess by how busy and turnover? I love Taco Bell so I’m biased in favor of most locations. Just wish they made the food a little fuller and cheesier on average. But they do great considering how terrible TB treats and pays workers (from experience). This location is a little better than some others, so 4 stars. Never been inside but it looks clean?

Tacos will be cold and soggy when you receive them. They must be making them hours in advance. I pray for anyone that eats here, and hope you don’t end up in the hospital. Definitely not fit to be eaten, all my food ended up in the trash tonight.

This location use to be good and reliable. As of lately it not any of those things. Our food order was not totally correct. Instead of a regular taco with the #7 combo we received 2 naco tacos (Not preferred). The Crunch wrap was lacking meat terribly. It was mostly tortilla and a teaspoon of meat spread in the center. The Chips from the chips and cheese were stale, and saturated in oil too. It was an awful combo. Like they were double fried after being stale. The double starts is because the Cinnamon twist were still good. The attempt at getting things together was there.

Friendly and very helpful staff (I’m disabled and had a large takeout order): Spotless dining room/restrooms, very clean parking lot–and the food was great! Puts other locations to shame!!

I have always had a good experience here, the staff is always so nice and I’ve never had a problem with my food. I never usually have to wait, lately because of being short staffed (like every where is right now) I had to wait a couple extra minutes, but they were efficient & my food was fresh!

Today’s personal, lack of experience and quality of food has domenisted greatly. I am starting to see a massive amount of lack of interest, motivational training, I only work when I want to attitudes across the whole fast food industry’s. Conventional wisdom and good food is gone by the way side. This Taco bell exemplifies the growing trend in lack of staffing and education in the industry.
