This is the first time I’ve ever written an online review and this place drove me to do so. After waiting over 45 in a line with 6 cars in front of me, I probably received the worst prepared food I have ever received from a Taco Bell. I can imagine I wouldn’t have hated the food as much if I had been through the line in 15 mins but this was unacceptable. The only reason I decided to stay in the line was because I placed a mobile order, and was held hostage. The fact that this Taco Bell remains open is a joke because clearly the staff inside are unable to handle the workload at this establishment. This probably isn’t their fault, I can imagine upper management is non-existent here, but I still have to blame someone for eating an hour of my time for room temperature burritos and poorly cooked rice. Would’ve given 2 stars if they apologized for the wait :/

This must be one of the worst Taco Bell’s ever. To get through the drive-through you need to have at least 45 minutes to sit and wait. I realize people are still short staffed, but this is just ridiculous. Sitting and waiting to pick up an order that I placed on the app, 10 cars ahead of me, three cars left in front of me and still waited 40minutes to pick up my order. This Taco Bell has the worst food of any that I have visited. My recent visit I ordered 2 bean burritos and I always order extra cheese and red sauce because they skimp on it to save money, I didn’t get extra anything and the burritos fit in the palm of my hand, a McDonald’s breakfast burrito was easily bigger. This location needs to be reviewed by corporate leaders and new owner/management brought in, the issues they have are intentional. Locations like this will affect sales at other locations. Soft tacos are usually wet and stick to the wrapper, and I have never received anything remotely warm, like they don’t want to spend money heating the food up properly prior to serving. I can drive to the location 10 miles away and bring it back and it’s still better after 15 minutes in the bag.

Advoid if you can. I work down the road so I ordered ahead and went to pick it up and the inside was closed. Even though the online order said I was able to pick it up at the counter, the doors were locked. Ended up waiting 30 mins to get my food. When I got my food it was supposed to be of the combo boxes but instead they just threw everything into the bag.

Ordered off the kiosk with 7 people doing nothing behind the counter, still couldn’t get even half my order correct while giving me no way to physically print the receipt either. Used to be the better location in the area, now just as bad.
