99.99% of the time you are missing food. The food is not well put together. Tonight my Crunchwrap supreme only had stuff in half of it (the other half was only chip and taco shell) and it wasn’t even sealed up properly. That’s just lazy.

I didn’t like the fact that a homeless man was denied food when he asked for anything to eat. The lady denied him because Flo apparently gets mad and yells at them. When someone is hungry, you feed them. Be grateful you don’t know that kind of pain and desperation. Shame on you Flo for letting you numbers control you. Giving him food would of made a world a difference for him . Nemo was super friendly and helpful.

10/06/22 – OK. It’s been a hectic day with a bit of stress, and I was starting to get a little hangry. Rolled into Taco Bell drive-thru and was immediately greeted by one of the nicest, friendliest, and pleasant voices I’ve ever heard on an intercom. Placed my order and drove to the window. Look, I gotta tell you: while I love(!) the Grilled Chicken Chipotle Burrito, Flo and Tristen proved to be such pleasant, professional, and decent people that THEY made my day far more than the food did. They really did a superior job of service and were just a really bright spot in an otherwise gloomy day.

Everytime I come here they tell me only door dash is allowed to pickup stuff after midnight but it clearly says the drive through is open til 3 a. M.

Today 07/25/2022 at 5:30 pm y’all speak so high of this place is lies, I ordered no beans on my burrito but who ever made up stuffed the whole bottom of my burrito with beans now if I’m paying for my food it should be made correctly this is freaking ridiculous I’m to far out and big pregnant to be jumping back out in this heat to deal with something I paid for they need to get right or I will call in mo n them and they will lose their jobs now if I have a reaction to these beans it’s gone be a law suit on who ever cooking

Only giving them a 3 star for the most part in the morning they always make the order right but when the manager is not there don’t expect the order to be right order 5 orders of nacho fries and out of the 5 I only got 2 orders they don’t even filled the boxes half way they where almost empty

This place is just horrible first I place a mobile order & when I get there they inform me they do not have it I had to show my bank statement showing where they had already with drawled money from my account then a guy at the window I’m guessing he was the manager asked me if I was at the correct location we verified that I was and he continued to add orders to his screen then comes back and asked me are you sure because I remember making a order for that name already! Are you freaking kidding me! Like it was my fault they handed out my order to the wrong customer! Then when I get home my tacos literally fell completely apart when I unwrapped them from how soggy they were I will absolutely never be returning to this location again as a fast food Gm I at least expect good quality food if I’m going to have bad customer service but this was just bad all the way around & I will be letting others know to avoid this location!
