Like is it really that hard to look at a screen when there is an order, whenever I order here it’s always a hit or a miss l, i always ask for my food without sour cream and somehow it’s on the screen and on the receipt and yet they put it on my food, I may not be allergic to it but what if I had been. 1 of my 2 chalupas had sour cream and I ate the first one just fine and took one bite of the second one finding out it had that stuff on it.

Employees seem to care about Drive-T only I was about 4-5 min waiting to get service and when finaly a beard guy asked me if I was already helped (he saw me when I came in) he told me I could either wait a minute or order in the screens that they have infront of the trash cans. Crunchy tacos supreme did NOT have any tomatoes, they need to be trained in customer service big time.

Went here for lunch and went through the drive through. My wife has a tomatoes allergy and every time we go through she gets the tacos no tomatoes. And I even make sure it says it on the screen and the receipt. Yet this is probably the fourth or fifth time they still put tomatoes on it. Called and spoke with the manager today who, was about as useless as could be. She had an attitude and asked “well what do you want me to do about it?” Like reading a screen is so difficult. So I called corporate and reported it. The corporate lady was very nice and helpful. She was just as upset about it as I was, saying that behavior is unacceptable and will be followed up on. Along with giving me a refund that I did not ask for. In the end I felt it was resolved. But not by that store manager or her disrespectful behavior. Because reading a screen and not putting tomatoes on something is soooo difficult. She either needs to be fired or re-trained on how to speak to people and do her job. If I could give a negative star review I would.

I asked and paid for extra cheese, didn’t get extra cheese. They were empty! Y’all just opened and already messing up! The lady that gave the food to the window lady looked angry! Plus their lemonade tastes like it has chlorine in it

One of the best Taco Bells in Sparks, one of the cheaper Taco Bells (yet they do vary prices based on location), employees are courteous, and always apologize if they are taking long or missing an item, and will go out of the way to accomodate you.

Drive thru lady usually isnt friendly and very stingy on sauce, this is my typical visit. Today ordered at 1246, waited untol 105 then asked to cancel my order. They pushed like oh your next, your next, 2 people in the lobby that ordered before me, how could I be next? Then my food is ready at 115pm. The other 2 still didnt get their food. I don’t know what is going on, short staffed ok, but it still doesnt take 5 minutes per customer to prepare FAST FOOD! Very dissatisfied and will have to stop going here.
