I am aware that the time of purchasing my food was at about midnight…. took us a minute to choose our food from the drive thru menu seing as they have many wonderful pictures of tacobell box combos, when we do choose that one particular box was not available, don’t remember why just remember thinking g they should put up a sign or something. Same thing happened with the icee/smothee drink didn’t have the flavor we wanted.

Was here yesterday and drive through and dine in was closed at 7pm. Young worker who came out said they only serve Uber Eats and Door Dash orders!?! Very rude and if they only service online app orders they should make it clear with signage. Horrible experience!

Waited 40 ish minutes in line. You read that right. Ordered chicken on the side for my child to which we were told “we don’t have enough”…so we ordered chicken soft tacos. Got home, half the order is missing. And the chicken soft tacos are BEEF. so we call, go back, and get the missing items along with replacement tacos. Manager comes out, is super nice, and reassures me a few times they’re chicken. I get home and THEYRE STILL BEEF! my husband calls and the manager on the phone had someone else make them even though she insinuated she would do it. Then laughs. Laughs. COME ON! This is NOT the first time something like this has happened. I will go out of my way to dine at another location.

Why on earth do you guys keep locking the entrance. Here at Taco Bell, they can apparently choose to lock their doors depending on the employee moods. Ordered online and had to wait at a drive thru when I could’ve just walked in and got my order and left. I don’t expect anything to change since it’s just cheap fast food. Just some food for thought.
