I had the worst service at the White City Taco Bell! After ordering on the app, I waited in the parking lot until it alerted me that my order was ready. When I entered the store I saw that there were no orders in the pick up window; and when nobody greeted me at the the counter, I had to ask for it. They told me that they had accidentally given my food to somebody else. They remade it for me while I waited for the second time. I asked to speak to the person in charge, and all 4 employees ignored me, they just brought the bag to the counter with 2 coupons for a free taco on my next visit. I was halfway home before I realize that the drinks were missing. By the time we turned around and went back, the drive through was empty, so we drove through and asked for the manager. The young lady who dropped off the coupons with the food said she was in charge. And then she lied to my husband and told him that a customer must have taken the food off the shelf and that the drinks were also there when they made my order the second time and that I must have left them behind. I know for a fact that the shelf was completely empty when I asked them for my order. The pick up area was dirty, with trash and sauce packets and the cooking area was also dirty with food all over the floor. There were 4 workers, one dine in customer and at about 8 cars in the drive through at approximately 3 pm on a Sunday the first time I ordered and expected halfway decent service for my over priced, halfway decent food. They finally got their drive-up window up to speed. And used to take forever for an order to get done but now it is as quick as any other Taco Bell. The cinnabons are the absolute bomb! And they’re open till 2 a.m.!

Food prices are higher than any Taco bell around here. They don’t even fill the burritos and Tacos. Get the same food packed full with way lower prices at any other Taco bell. 2 stars at most for the White city Taco Bell

There were 6 employees, and only 2 of them were actively working. We waited 18 minutes for our food. Got it to go. When we got home, we discovered our order was incorrect. This is the slowest Taco Bell in the Rogue Valley.

Run for the border. Or at least to White City. Whether it’s breakfast or late night Munchies, Taco Bell seems to be constant and good food. Of course the prices like everywhere has gone up. It wouldn’t be out of line to push $30 for 2 people. All of TB”s menu is good except I’d stay away from the Cinnamon Twists. They are very small portion for the cost and are not tasty or satisfying if your looking for something sweet after eating. I’d say save the few bucks and you and your honey split a Amond Joy it’s made for 2. Restraint is very clean from bathroom to front counter. I didn’t score them high for we only ordered the box meal and out of the 2 tacos they got them both wrong having to go thru.the drive thru again. We do love Taco Bell Corporate that you folks are the only place in fast food that stays open till early am 3 and 3:30. Please don’t change that. Also bring back the editable bowl salads. The shrimp one was my favorite. Bring back a RETRO MENU…Your welcome. Plenty of parking and safe 24/7.. Now go people and I will have a bean burrito extra onions. Yeah Baby

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. Manager is always in and out lollygaging around. Employees seem to have no idea what’s going on. Food is subpar even for Taco Bell. All around horrible customer service and bad attitudes!!!

I feel like they must be butchering their meat in house or growing their produce from scratch bc it is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve every experienced. Easily waiting longer than 30 min for your meal. Each time I see a slew of workers yet people are moving like snails. Plan ahead before daring to sit in that line.
