You need to hire more employees for the night shift. There must have been 250+ delivers I saw come in and only two employees designated getting the deliver drivers there food. The average wait time is almost a hour to get 1 taco. Please hire more

This location is slow AF. Been here 15 times because it happens to be 1 block from me. I’ve never walked in with more than 1-3 people in front of me. Regardless, always waiting an eternity for your food. Tonight 24min when there was only one person in front of me. Took them 13min to ask my name and what I was waiting for. The kiosk is connected to the order screen. What’s the disconnect?? Only one delivery order walked in during the time as well. I just don’t get it. Shut it down.

Placed an order then attempted to use the bathroom. Was told no public restrooms even for paying customers. I left thinking my order would be ready by the time I got back. When I got back the cashier tells me she deleted my order once I left and she can ring me up but I had just enough time to get to work. My order had alot of modifications. This is a simplified version of my time wasted expierence.
